[Lightning Techniques]
Name: Shattering Lightning Cannon
Range: Far

Description:
While making a handsign with the left hand, Kisuke will form a circle of lightning with the right hand, first making dots and then connecting them to complete the circle. Once complete, a large electrical orb that creates a loud crackling sound will form in the center of the circle. Kisuke will then gather Tsukara into his fist and punch the orb, firing it at the opponent. The orb, or lightning cannon, is very powerful and on impact it can shatter defenses. It is also extremely quick. When used, any evade dice or defense dice used by the opponent in response as a chain to this technique will have its dice amount be decreased by 4.

Description:
Kisuke's body glows a very dark yellow color and electricity begins to spark around his body at rapid rates. He will then open his hands, and as he does, electricity is connected to his fingers. Next, Kisuke fires the electricity at his opponent delivering an extremely thin yet quick attack. If successful, this technique causes the opponent to be inflicted with the condition of Discharge and the condition lasts for the standard amount of turns (10 turns).

Name: Art of the Dragon-Flame Breath

Description: Inhaling very deeply, Kisuke can launch a large wave of fire at his opponent or opponents inflicting massive burns on contact. For this technique, Kisuke rapidly spins the Tsukara within his stomach until it becomes hot, and then he uses the flame element to create fire from his mouth. As he inhales for this technique, his stomach appears to inflate just slightly and his skin begins to turn a light red color until the technique is completed. Because of Kisuke's great Tsukara control, he doesn't need the use of his hands at all, so he can perform this when his hands can't be used.

Description: Kisuke will fly high into the air with the help of his wind element. He will then propel himself at the opponent at a high speed using his wind power. This technique has a downside to it. If Kisuke's roll is at least double opponent's roll, this attack is doubled in attack power. If it is any lower than the opponent's roll, Kisuke loses 400 HP. If the opponent's defense or evade roll is at least double, Kisuke loses 800 HP.

Description: Kisuke merges his Fire and Earth elements together and slams his fist or feet down onto the ground in order to create a powerful impact in the area around. The impact is capable of shifting the area around Kisuke into a molten wasteland filled with lava flows and rocks flowing down them. This field change is extremely drastic as it makes the land seem almost like the inside of a volcano. Kisuke can change the field back as he pleases although the likeliness of this happening isn't very high. When activated, every Fire and Earth attributed technique will gain 5 dice as long as this technique is in effect.

Description: Kisuke runs at a high speed using his wind element and his lightning element. As he runs, he fires a high amount of fire from the palms of his hands while containing them with his wind energy. As he approaches the target, he pushes all of the force, energy, and speed contained in the fire at the opponent causing a massive blow worthy of the name Fist of Mars. The flames used in this is nearly white hot and the impact will cause smoke to loom around for a while although the smoke is not thick and can be seen through with little effort.
Name: Black Mist Mimicry
Range: Mid-Ranged, Far
Dice Usage: Special/Evade
Attack Power: N/A
Tsukara Value: 400

Elemental Affinity: Darkness/Fire/Water
Benefit: Supplementary
Description: Kisuke uses this technique to mimic the pitch black darkness that there was when he was training on Black Mist Peak. Combining water with fire and then with his darkness element, he will create a quick mist in the area that will allow him to increase the chances of him evading a technique. When he uses this technique, his evade dice is increased by 6. In order for this technique to be activated, Kisuke must roll a Special dice and the Evade Dice in the same turn. After the turn that both the Special and Evade dice were used for this technique, only the evade dice needs to be used to activate this technique.

Benefit: Supplementary
Description: Combining the elements of Lightning, Water, Fire, and Wind, Kisuke will make his own thunderstorm above in the sky and cause heavy lightning to strike as well as a heavy downpour and powerful winds. This technique allows Kisuke's water, lightning, Fire, and wind attacks to gain an additional roll of 5 in battle. This technique is risky however, since the opponent's water, lightning, Fire, and wind techniques get the dice boost as well. This technique lasts an amount of turns equal to the number Kisuke rolled for this technique divided by 2 (unless a 1 was rolled). If an additional 100 Tsukara is paid, this technique also gets the added effects of inflicting 100 HP to both players each turn during the amount of turns it is active. The reason why the attacks hurt both players is because Kisuke uses his Tsukara to open a hole in the storm that is called the "eye of the storm". The "eye of the storm" drops multiple fire balls to rain on everybody in the fight. The storm doesn't choose sides.
