OOC: You would declare how much damage you wish for it to be, as long as it is within a reasonable range for being a normal punch.

Meanwhile, Xexame was making a slightly depressed face, still being completely ignored by everyone except the teacher. It was like he was invisible, and he hated to be ignored by people. He heard the comment of the teacher who apparently was a creature.

"Sorry about that. I kind of overslept. So, uh, what's going on in this class? Is this some kind of sparring match or something else?"

Xexame was still a little pissed that everyone ignored him.

Was it something that I did? DAMNIT!! I can't believe I was ignored by everyone! I know that this shouldn't matter, but for the strangest reason I cannot get it out of my head. Oh well I guess it can't be helped.

"When you strike, you must focus your ki through your arm. Your fist is not only an extention of your arm, it is also an extension of your ki; when you realize this and can focus on it, your fists will have the explosive strength of an ox." He turned to Xexame. "You must meditate." He told him the same instructions he had the other two and handed him another bonsai. "Once I feel that your ki control is satisfactory, then you can move on."

She placed her fist inside the palm of her other hand, covering it. She stopped and concentrated on the song again until it welled up. She opened her eyes and focus it into her fist. She leapt forward again, this time aiming for the throat.

Taking the teacher's offer, Ran went into his office to find a comfortable place to meditate and train. She sat on the floor and concentrated, tuning out any excess noise that could heard from outside of the teacher's office. She thought that her meditation was going a little better this time.

Xexame took his bonsai and concentrated on his energy. He simply sat there in silence, allowing the energy inside of him to move where he needed it to. This caused small ripples to appear beneath him. The thing about Xexame's energy was that he used it for a decent amount of time now and because of his prior energy training with the teacher Militis, he wasn't unfamiliar with concentration of energy. Even so, Xexame still though that something similar to Militis's old class was seen in this one. As he let his energy flow, fire and ice slightly circled around him.

I don't know why, but it seems like every class I get into requires me to focus my energy. I can't understand that. You'd think that they'd realize that an Elite would have at least slightly better energy control than others. I guess i need to prove myself...again.

OOC: Er, Hei? You there? And Xexame, you have to remember that when its a class open to all levels they start basic. Though giving the high level something harder would be nice...

(There is nothing wrong with the die system, they can not be inputted manually. And I ask that all the one line posting stops, that includes OOCs unless accompanied by an IC post.)

OOC: Yeah, sorry guys I was sidetracked by Midterms and whatnot. I'll be more active now that they're over.

IC: Bartimaeus took the brunt of the blow again, this time taking it all in the neck. He tightened his neck muscles so that his windpipe would not collapse. He cleared his throat. "Very good control, I see you've managed to change the direction of your ki flow instantaneously. That, quite honestly, takes talent, and no teacher is able to show their students exactly how to redirect ki flow."

He turned his attention to Xexame, his keen animal senses determining his emotions. "I'd suggest you not become too dismayed at having to do all of the mundane work as the other students. Even I do these excersizes. Not only are they good for focus, but they allow you to become in tune with what connects you to the elements. If you really want to have a higher level assignment, I suggest you practice on allowing fire and ice to touch. Considering they react violently, you require the utmost focus and an extreme ability to channel your ki."

IC: Medina beamed extremely satisfied. The ki returned to normal as she stood there, blushing. The slight change she had made when shifting the ki reverted to normal, taking no energy or effort. It had been too small too notice to begin with. The actress continued to play her part and she jumped up and down. "Now what, sensei?"
