Visiting an Old Friend[open]

Through the morning fog, Jisenki walked to the Hono-wa Cemetary to meet with an old friend that he often came to see. After minutes of walking in a crowded cemetary, Jisenki came to a single tombstone that was slightly larger than a few of the others in the immediate area. On the tombstone was a large sword placed blade first into the plot of dirt. The name on the tombstone was old and the kana used to right his name was faded to the point where only the characters Hi and N could be seen fairly clearly. Jisenki walked up to the sword and sat there next to the tombstone for a moment, simply clearing his head. Dead and buried beneath the ground in this spot was one of his friends that he had known when he was an Elite in the academy. He was killed in battle during a small ambush on the school. Looking at the tombstone and the plot of dirt with the sword sticking out of it reminded him of some other good friends that he had that are now dead. "I still remember the times when we were training our very best to pass the tests and become better than the Elites that outranked us. Those times when we lived as children, either taking things too seriously or not taking them seriously enough. I guess that's not the case anymore."
