Karei was sitting at the crowded Yakitori House dining on some seafood and some ramen. She was with a friend of hers that was a boy. In know way did she consider this a date although he friend hoped that it was a date. The two of them sat there in silence for a while, which seemed to often happen to Karei and made her uneasy. Like usual, she wanted to break the silence and spark a conversation. "So, uh...how has your vacation been so far huh Kyo?" Kyo was the boy she was with. The two of them had been friends forever and had become something like best friends although he never stopped being shy around Karei.

A long pause filled the air as he sat there with a mouth full of food. He wanted to answer, but the embarassement that would have followed if he attempted to talk would have been too much for him to bear. He swallowed in a single yet large gulp and started to reply. "The vacation's been good. I joined the Martial Arts Dojo and I've been training a bit. The sensei there is pretty hard on me....See." He pulled up his shirt a little to reveal a large mark on his left side that looked like it came from a wooden sword. "We were sparring and he hit me hard." Kyo started laughing. "What about you Kare? What have you been doing so far?"

She smiled happily and replied immediately. "So far my vacation has been fun. I've been going to the Sentou Gakuin school to make new friends. Its a pretty interesting place I think and it has some fun people there. I usually just fly around and hang out on the top of the buildings."

The two of them sat for a moment, simply waiting in silence for the other to say something. There really wasn't much to talk about. Since the vacation from school was over, all they could do was go their own way. It was either that or study but no one wants that.
