Nejisuke Shoujouhi's Techniques
Abilities
Name: Lightning Damage
Effect: This is the extra damage that is given to the opponent from certain lightning attacks, due to the effects of the lightning element. In a battle sense, this would be the electricity coursing through the body, and the burns from the wounded area. This is only in effect on moves specified with lightning damage in their attack power. Not all lightning techniques carry with them lightning damage. It adds an extra 50 damage to the specified attacks.
Activation Requirement: It is activated by specified lightning element attacks being succesful

Name: Prediction
Effect: Nejisuke senses the electrical pulses going through the body of a person telling it's limbs, organs, energy, etc what to do. This allows him to know what the other person is doing based on the pulses traveling in their nervous system and it allows him to get through physical onslaughts easily. It also allows him to know weather the person he is fighting is a clone or not, unless it is an extremly complex one, because he will be able to tell if they have a nervous system or not. In a non RP sense, his dice roll on evading attacks go up by one after initializing this technique.

Description: Nejisuke Shoujouhi will charge lightning energy around his body, and then let it all loose in a dome blast of energy about 20 meters wide that sends any opponent nearby flying back, and damaging them at the same time. This can also be used as a counter to block any elemental or physical attacks heading at him by repeling them back at the opponent by the sudden, strong burst of energy comming off on Nejisuke's body when he performs this technique. Normal counterattacking rules apply when being used as a counterattack.

Description: Nejisuke slams either his hand or his blade into the ground and sends a shock all through it. Lightning will stream through the bodies of anyone touching the ground, causing paralysis in them(for one post), and since it is traveling through the ground blocking and counter attacking isn't possible, but evading is. This is one of Nejisuke's favorite techniques, because of it being so hard to not get injured by.

Description: This move can only be performed by Nejisuke if there is a storm there, or if Nejisuke has performed rain of death. This move causes a huge lightning bolt that will go through most things to seek the opponents energy at it's source and if it strikes it will inflict massive damage, and will cause paralysis(for 1 post). The lightning bolt is slower than a regular lightning bolt because Nejisuke has to guide it to it's designated energy source.

Description: Nejisuke will manipulate the lightning impulses within his brain to convince his body to work at double it's normal capacity. He will undergo an extreme increase in speed and power. A signal that he will enter this mode is that his eyes will change from blue to a static yellow. All of his dice will increase by 2 and his attacks will double in strength. This technique lasts for 5 of Nejisuke's posts(excluding the post it is activated), and after wearing off Nejisuke won't be able to attack for three posts and will loose 100 HP for every post it is in use. If Nejisuke cancels the technique he will stop receiving damage.
Name: Evil's Reflection
Range: Mid-ranged to Far
Dice Usage: Counterattack
Attack Power: Double the countered attack
Tsukara Value: half the reflected attack's tsukara

Description: Nejisuke Shoujouhi will form a ball of black lightning in his hand, that will develop the appearance of a black skull. He will throw it at an oncoming attack, and after it leaves his hand it gains greatly in size, to the size of a person, and the black lightning skull will 'eat' the oncoming attack, and will then head towards the opponent and strike them, delivering back their attack, and the power of the black lightning skull. It delivers lightning damage as well.

Dice Usage: Special to form, Attack from then on.

Description: This technique can only be performed after Rain of Death. Nejisuke Shoujouhi will raise his left hand(the one without Uzu Shoujouhi on it) into the air. A bolt of lightning will flash down from the clouds and will strike the hand. Nothing will happen for a second, then static charges start to leap around the hand, and then in a large flash of energy a large ball of lightning about 1 1/2ft in diameter surrounds the hand. Nejisuke can either punch the opponent with this, or he can fire it off, and it will be attached by a chain of lightning that comes out of the palm of his hand, so it can be drawn back to the hand, or swung around. The ball of lightning will stay until Nejisuke gets rid of it. Being an 'Elementalist Weapon' it can not harm those of the Shoujouhi clan.

Name: Fire Discs
Range: Far
Dice Usage: Attack
Attack Power: 250

Description: Nejisuke will form discs of fire on the palms of his hand, or the surface of the object he is holding. They won't be much bigger than his hands. They glow red, and are red hot. They are made of Nejisuke's fire energy, and are thus a semi-solid. They are extremely sharp on the edges. After forming them he will spin, and unleash the discs of fire spinning quickly at the enemy. These do fairly large cuts on the opponent, and inflict large damage.

Range: Far
Dice Usage: Special to form, Attack afterwards
Attack Power: 290 +the power of the previously made attack(by Nejisuke)
Tsukara Value: 350 to form, and 75 from then after

Description: Nejisuke Shoujouhi will stab his left hand(the one without Uzu Shoujouhi) into the ground in front of him, and draw heat from the Earth's core which will form around his fingers in spiked shapes. They look like long red cones with barbs around them on the ends of his fingers. After he does an attack, they will temporarily duplicate the power of the previous attack(of Nejisuke), and add it to their own power. He can either use them to claw his opponent, or he can fire them off attached by chains of fire that will come from his fingertips. Being an 'Elementalist Weapon' it can't harm those of the Shoujouhi clan.

Name: Whirlpool
Range: Mid-ranged
Dice Usage: Attack
Attack Power: 250

Description: There has to be water or plants nearby for this technique to be used. Nejisuke Shoujouhi will spin with his left leg as the pivot point and have his right leg farther out than normal. He line of water will start to gather as his right foot passes by. As he spins faster he will lift his right leg higher, and he will have water swirling around him, and then he will stop spinning and unleash the spinning water away from him, and have it
head towards the opponent. It is like a little over waist high miniature tornado of water.

Range: Close

Description: Nejisuke will form a small cloud of water reaching for about a foot in every direction around himself. He will manipulate the water droplets within the cloud to refract the light in order to render all within it invisible from sight. A slight haze will be seen as if on a hot day, but in darkness nothing can be seen of it. This causes opponent's attacks or counterattacks to be reduced by 1 in daylight, and 2 at night due to the difficulty of accurately aiming.

Description: Nejisuke Shoujouhi will find the nearest source of water(plants will work) and will sap some water from it. The water will go up his left arm, and form a layer over the top of his left arm from his wrist to his elbow. The layer will be very clear and spakles even without light. The layer of water will have 2 finger length spikes of water that stick up and form a V shape. There will be a ball of water set in between them. To attack, out of the ball will shoot a beam of presureised water, strong enough to rip off small chunks of skin on impact. Being an 'Elementalist Weapon' it can't harm those of the Shoujouhi clan.

Description: This is an ability only possible to those of the elementalist humanists. This allows them through training to covert their body temporarily into one of their four elements(lightning, fire, earth, water) but Nejisuke has only unlocked his lightning, fire, and water elements, so he can only convert his body into these three different elements. He can use this to evade attacks, because everything will go right through him. Also, if someone does a physical attack at him while he is made of lightning, they will recieve lightning damage on contact thanks to the electrical current. This technique's evade dice is increased by 3, but due to it's costly nature Nejisuke doesn't like using it very often.

Description: Nejisuke Shoujouhi will use the Uzu Shoujouhi glove to try to 'catch' opponents' attacks. He will use it like a mit, and if succesful the energy from the attack will be absorbed into Nejisuke, if not he will recieve the intended damge, plus an additional 50. He will regain as much Tsukara as it cost for the opponent to initiate the attack. If succesful, no damage will be done to Nejisuke. This technique only works with attacks made of the 4 elementalist elements: Fire, Lightning, Water, and Earth.

To start, Prediction's description is a line short of approval-worthy. As for the ability itself, it is a good ability, but I think 100 Tsukara is a more reasonable cost. Hold off on the clones. I remember in an e-mail from the past that Jisenki planned on banning clones to anyone who wasn't an illusionist or something like that because he figured people would just use them to block for them and take attacks.
Looking at lightning animals, it seems like it may be better suited for a creature rather than a technique, only because they seem to stick around for a long period of time. Perhaps this technique requires more description so I understand this technique correctly, but from what it seems, this technique can attack and stays the entire match unless its use was negated since they can not be disrupted.
The Lightning Cannon is fine, but the description is confusing and I think it would be more helpful to say that it can block any attack or something like that. Saying that it blocks solids and explaining what you count as solids made things more confusing. Strike Down will require a Special Dice since it can cause paralysis and will also require more Tsukara for such an attack power combined with an added effect such as paralysis.
Elementalist Attack: Ball of Lightning....good, but one question: How much does it cost to attack after it is already formed? The same question goes for Spike Fire, and when using Spike Fire, which attack is the previous? The one you previously used, or the one your opponent previously used?
Invisibility Shroud's cost seems a bit low for a warrior of such Ranking. How about something in between 200 and 275? Fair enough? As with the other Elemental Attacks, the same question applies for Diamond Water. How much Tsukara will it cost after its formation? Finally, Elementalist's Tsukara cost seems slight too low. How about increasing it just slightly?

Saying that it blocks solids and explaining what you count as solids made things more confusing. Strike Down will require a Special Dice since it can cause paralysis and will also require more Tsukara for such an attack power combined with an added effect such as paralysis.
Elementalist Attack: Ball of Lightning....good, but one question: How much does it cost to attack after it is already formed? The same question goes for Spike Fire, and when using Spike Fire, which attack is the previous? The one you previously used, or the one your opponent previously used?
Invisibility Shroud's cost seems a bit low for a warrior of such Ranking. How about something in between 200 and 275? Fair enough? As with the other Elemental Attacks, the same question applies for Diamond Water. How much Tsukara will it cost after its formation? Finally, Elementalist's Tsukara cost seems slight too low. How about increasing it just slightly?

i've edited all but Elementalist. I believe that 200 is a large amount despite the amount of Tsukara that Nejisuke has, especialy now that i've raised the costs of the 'Elementalist Weapon' attacks.

For the elementalist weapon attacks, 30 is way too low. I'd say anywhere from 100 or above would be sufficient enough. Everything else in good though. I just noticed however that I am not a mod for this section so I don't know if I can approve this. I think you'll have to wait for Jisenki, Dagomis, or Hei.

For Catch, it does not seem to be redirecting the attack, but only allowing you to recover from it. You will need to change that to Special if that's all that it does. Also, the Tsukara cost for that technique is too low for all that it does. 150 is the minimum for something that has such benefits. Also, for the elementalist weapons, I would have to agree with Kisuke on this one. Those Tsukara costs are low for what they do. Generally, when I think of a regular attack, I like to think that the Tsukara cost should be at least half of what the Attack Power is. Since it takes a bit of Tsukara in the beginning though, I'll say 75 should be fine.
