Shadow's Fire Techniques 2 (The Two I Forgot)
Name: Dragon Mirror
Range: Mid-Ranged
Dice Usage: Counterattack
Attack Power: 40
Warrior affinity: Swordsman
Elemental Affinity: Fire
Benefits: N/A
Description: When a low level to weaker mid level elemental attack is launched at Shadow, he holds his blade out longways, running the palm of his hand along the front of the blade. The blade flashes red for a moment, suddenly becoming extremely reflective in appearance. A large rune appears on the midde of the sword. Upon impact with the sword, the elemental attack is absorbed into the symbol. The attack is then combined with Shadow's own energy which converts it into fire energy. This energy is then turned into a fire ball about a foot in diameter, which is then launched at the enemy. This fire ball's power varies depending upon the power that the previous elemental attack held, and travels at a moderately quick speed. The fire ball is also homing to a degree, able to follow the enemy anywhere within a meter radius of his/her position. If the ball leaves that range it will fizzle out and cause no damage. If the attack is too powerful to be redirected by this technique, then, based on how strong it is, one of two things will happen. Either the attack will be negated and not reflected, or it will pass through the blade and hit Shadow. Thus, while this move can be used many times during battle, Shadow must use good judgement on just how powerful a move is before attempting it.

Name: Dragon Guard
Range: Close
Dice Usage: Special
Attack Power: 60
Warrior affinity: Ninja
Elemental Affinity: Fire
Benefits: Defensive, Offensive
Description: This is the second of Shadow's two current most powerful attacks. This one has double benefits, not only protecting Shadow, but also giving him a means of attack. Like Scorching Bullet, this technique requires a large amout of energy, and can only be used a maximum of three times per battle. Shadow plants his feet, forming several handseals. The air before him shimmers, and a red symbol, in the form of a dragon appears on his chest. A red aura engulfs Shadow, and and orange flame erupts around his person wreating his arms, legs and chest in fire. His eyes turn blood red. While this form is active, it grants several defensive benefits for Shadow. First, it absorbs fire techniques from low level to lower powered mid level. Not only does this protect him, but it also strengthens the shield. In addition, it will also greatly weaken any low level to low powered mid level ice element attacks which are launched at Shadow by about 20 points. It will weaken any other low level elemental attacks launched at Shadow by 10 or 15 points, depending upon the strength of the attack, and will also enhnance the power of his offensive fire techniques by 10. It also provides an offensive benefit. Once the duration time is complete, Shadow makes a handseal. The symbol disappears from his chest, seemingly gone. A few seconds later, the symbol, now almost two meters in size, appears under the enemy, and a geyser of fire erupts underneath the enemy. This is a last effort technique, as this attack currently absorbs almost a third of Shadow's energy. If used three times, Shadow will be severely weakened, and most likely unable to continue fighting. This technique lasts a maximum of two minutes, depending on how much damage is absorbed by the shield while active.

seems good to me, but on dragon gaurd, what do you consider lower to mid level strength attack, and how much are the attacks powers reduced by on impact?

Re: Shadow's Fire Techniques 2 (The Two I Forgot)
well first, I would say that a mid leveled attack would be just a more potent kind of attack I guess. Ex: Fireball, low level. Fire Stream, mid level? Also, alright, I'll add the reduction amounts.
