Nejisuke Shoujouhi Techniques (Complete list)
These will be allready approved techniqes. The techniques up for approval will be below them and in black(the normal color for type is grayish). I'm trying to keep it all in one list.
Name: Lightning Damage
Range: NA
Dice Usage: NA
Attack Power: 50 on the next turn of the opponent
Warrior Affinity: Energy
Elemental Affinity: Lightning
Benefits: NA
Description: This is the extra damage that is given to the opponent from certain lightning attacks, due to the effects of the lightning element. In a battle sense, this would be the electricity coursing through the body, and the burns from the wounded area. This is only in effect on moves specified with lightning damage in their attack power. Not all lightning techniques carry with them lightning damage. This extra damage can be stopped by the use of a healing technique.
Name: Lightning Clones
Range: Far
Dice Usage: Special, Attack
Attack Power: 100 plus lightning damage
Warrior affinity: Energy
Elemental Affinity: Lightning
Benefits: Supplementary
Description: Nejisuke forms a clone of lightning which can be used as a double for him to take an attack, or physicaly attack for him. If any attack strikes them they will imidietly dissrupt and be gone. When they do get dissrupted they will explode with a shock of electricity to anyone nearby. This will give the damage of lightning damage. If they do take an attack for Nejisuke, then when they explode, Nejisuke will recieve half damage. The clones themselves can only do physical attacks. A clone can be dissrupted by receiving 150dmg, or by blocking a blow that would normaly hit Nejisuke. Nejisuke can only make 3 clones in a battle.

Description: Nejisuke can form any animal out of lightning. Only he, or someone who he has allowed, can touch them or attach anything to them. If they touch anyone else the person will be shocked with lightning damage. They can spit lightning or shoot lightning depending on the animal formed. Nejisuke can allways change the animal which he formed to another one at no cost to himself. It only costs a special dice to originaly make it. Nejisuke can only make one animal per battle, but they can not be dissrupted.

Description: Nejisuke will charge lightning energy around his body, and then let it all loose in a dome blast of energy about 20 meters wide that sends any opponent nearby flying back, and damaging them at the same time. This can also be used as a counter to block solid elemental or physical attacks heading at him by repeling them back at the opponent. Solid elements are earth, metal, plant, ice, and any other elements given a solid physical form ex: if someone sent an attack of solidified fire. This can also counter the shadow/darkness element because of their aversion to light which lightning gives off. Normal counterattacking rules apply.

Description: Nejisuke will do a large serries of hand signs, and a lightning apt thunderstorm will come in over the area specified. In side closed spaces, a thin cloud layer or large cloud layer(depending on the size of the enclosed space) will form on the ceiling, allowing Nejisuke to still perform moves that require Rain of Death to have allready been activated such as ball lightning. It will start raining if Nejisuke wishes it to.
Name: Elementalist Weapon: Ball Lightning

Dice Usage: Special then Attack for each time used
Attack Power: 290 plus lightning damage

Benefits: Supplementary
Description: This technique can only be performed after Rain of Death. Nejisuke Shoujouhi will raise his left hand(the one without Uzu Shoujouhi on it) into the air. A bolt of lightnig will flash down from the clouds and will strike the hand. Nothing will happen for a second, then static charges start to leap around the hand, and then in a large flash of energy a large ball of lightning about 1 1/2ft in diameter surrounds the hand. Nejisuke can either punch the opponent with this, or he can fire it off, and it will be attached by a chain of lightning that comes out of the palm of his hand, so it can be drawn back to the hand, or swung around. The ball of lightning will stay until Nejisuke gets rid of it.

Description: Nejisuke slams either his hand or his blade into the ground and sends a shock all through it. Lightning will stream through the bodies of anyone touching the ground temporarily screwing with molecules, and since it is traveling through the ground blocking and counter attacking isn't possible, but evading is. This is one of Nejisuke's favorite techniques, because of it being so hard to not get injured by.

Attack Power: 290

Benefits: NA
Description: This move can only be performed by nejisuke if there is a storm there, or if nejisuke has performed rain of death. This move causes huge lightning bolts that will go through most things to seek the apponents energy at it's source and if it strikes it will inflict massive damage, and will cause partial paralysis, making it so the opponent can't dodge for the next two of their posts. This move can not be dodged, only blocked.

Range: Close
Dice Usage: Special
Attack Power: NA
Warrior affinity: Energy
Elemental Affinity: NA
Benefits: Supplementary, Defensive
Description: Nejisuke will 'catch' any elemental attack, of his elements(fire and lightning....for now), sent by an oppoenent. He will catch it with the Uzu Shoujouhi glove thingy, and will absorb the energy from it. In a battle sense he will restore dice with this. Whatever the first number on the attack power of the attack is, Nejisuke will be able to restore that many dice. ex: if the attack that he caugth had a damage of 530, he can restore 5 of any dice, or a combo of such, to his dice amount. Such as restoring 3 attack dice, 1 special dice, and 1 counterattack dice. This move can only be performed twice in a battle, wether it be successful or not.

Description: Nejisuke uses this move for a variety of things. This move is lasting and doesn't cost any energy whatsoever since all it is is sensing. Nejisuke senses the electrical pulses going through the body of a person telling it's limbs and organs what to do. This allows him to know what the other person is doing no matter what and allows him to get through physical onslaughts easily. It also allows him to know weather the person he is fighting is a clone or not. In a non RP sense, his evade dice roll on evading attacks go up by one after initializing this technique.

Benefits: Offensive, Supplementary
Description: Nejisuke Shoujouhi will concentrate on boosting all of his energy beyond his normal abbilities. His eyes will glow an extremely bright yellow, and all of his attacks will be doing double the previous damage. This requires one special dice to start and it will wear off after 5 of Nejisuke's posts. In RP time this would last about 1 minute. After this is over Nejisuke runs out of the ability to attack for a post.

Benefits: defensive
Description: This is an ability only possible to those of the elementalist humanists. This allows them through training to covert their body temporarily into one of their four elements(lightning, fire, earth, water) but Nejisuke has only unlocked his lightning, fire, and water elements, so he can only convert his body into these three different elements. He can use this to evade attacks, because everything will go right through him. Also, if someone does a physical attack at him while he is made of lightning, they will recieve damage on contact thanks to the electrical current.
Name: Fire Discs
Range: Mid-ranged
Dice Usage: Attack
Attack Power: 200
Warrior affinity: Energy
Elemental Affinity: Fire
Benefits: NA
Description: Nejisuke will form discs of fire on the palms of his hand, they won't be much bigger than his hands. They glow red, and are red hot. They are made of Nejisuke's fire energy, and are thus a semi-solid. They are extremely sharp on the edges. After foming them he will spin, and unleash the discs of fire spinning quickly at the enemy. These do fairly large cuts on the opponent, and inflict large damage.

Description: Nejisuke Shoujouhi will form a ball of black lightning in his hand, that will develope the apperence of a black skull. He will throw it at an oncoming attack, and after it leaves his hand it gains greatly in size, to the size of a person, and the black lightning skull will 'eat' the oncoming attack, and will then head towards the opponent and strike them, delivering back their attack, and the power of the black lightning skull.
Name: Elementalist Weapon: Spike Fire

Attack Power: 290 +power of previous attack

Elemental Affinity: fire
Benefits: supplementary, offensive
Description: Nejisuke Shoujouhi will stab his left hand(the one without Uzu Shoujouhi) into the ground in front of him, and draw heat from the Earth's core which will form around his fingers in spiked shapes. They look like long red cones with barbs around them on the ends of his fingers. After he does an attack, they will temporarily duplicate the power of the previous attack, and add it to their own power. He can either use them to claw his opponent, or he can fire them off attached by chains of fire that will come from his fingertips.

Benefits: Supplementary, Offensive
Description: Nejisuke Shoujouhi will find the nearest source of water(plants will work) and will sap some water from it. The water will go up his left arm, and form a layer over the top of his left arm from his wrist to his elbow. The layer will be very clear and spakles even without light. The layer of water will have 2 finger length spikes of water that stick up and form a V shape. There will be a ball of water set in between them. To attack, out of the ball will shoot a beam of presureised water, strong enough to rip off small chunks of skin on impact.

Description: This is a very simple technique. Nejisuke Shoujouhi will charge some of his raw energy in the blade/other weapon that Nejisuke has formed with Uzu Shoujouhi. He will then make a waving/slashing movement, and fire off a crescent shape of pure white energy at his opponent.
Name: Whirlpool
Range: mid-ranged
Dice Usage: Attack
Attack Power: 250

Benefits: NA
Description: There has to be water or plants nearby for this technique to be used. Nejisuke Shoujouhi will spin with his left leg as the pivot point and have his right leg farther out than normal. He line of water will start to gather as his right foot passes by. As he spins faster he will lift his right leg higher, and he will have water swirling around him, and then he will stop spinning and unleash the spinning water away from him, and have it head towards the opponent. It is like a little over waist high miniature tornado of water.
