Homeland: Hibari was raised in an area where there were
always fights on the streets and if one was able to survive in that area, they
would need to know how to fight. At random times random gangs like the Yazuka
would gang up on one person and either rob or kill that person. The buildings
in that area were in really bad condition due to the multiple street fights
that would happen every day. But when Hibari became strong enough he was able
to forcefully fix up the town.

Appearance:
Hibari has short black hair and has blue
eyes. When Hibari was a teenager, he wore a white long sleeve shirt with black
pants and had a black jacket on his back. His hair style was combed down and
neat. He would keep collapsible steel tonfa inside his jacket, just in case he
was ever attacked. Now Hibari wears a black blazer with a purple long sleeve
shirt on the inside. He also wears a black tie, and black long pants and black
fancy shoes just like a person in the mafia. His hair style is now sort of
spiky. He has 2 purple rings on his right hand which emit dying will flames.

Personality: Hibari dislikes actually teaming up with
anyone, he likes to retain order wherever he is at. He not necessarily evil,
but he enjoys the thrill of fighting. Hibari is usually a violent and cruel
person but most of his intentions are good. Hibari really hates areas with a
lot of people so he either immediately leaves the area or he beats them up
until they all run away or can’t move. Before he attacks people, he usually says
“I’ll bite you to death.” Even though he does not like to be around large
groups of people, he sort of befriends people who he thinks is a worthy
opponent.

History/Character's Background Story: Since Hibari grew
up in a violent area; he began to learn how to fight when he was at a young
age. Until he became a teenager, he usually fought with only his fists and
feet, Hibari was a somewhat expert fighter in his town. The first weapon he
used besides his fists was collapsible tonfa which he became accustomed to. Ever
since he began to fight with tonfa, he gradually became very skilled at using
them in multiple fights. Around the time when he became 20 years old, he met
Lambo and they fought against each other. In the end Lambo became victor, but
Lambo decided to teach Hibari the dying will flames so he could get stronger. After
learning about the dying will flames, Hibari found out that he was dominant in cloud
flames which special property is propaganda, means that they become stronger
when they absorb other flames. Lambo also gave Hibari two cloud boxes and two
rings. The rings made it so Hibari could easily emit his cloud flames and the
boxes contained tonfa and a hedgehog. With these new abilities and weapons, he
was able to defeat all of the warriors in the town he lived and began to rule
the area with his great power. Under his rule, there were no longer constant
fights on the streets and the buildings were fixed, but ever since Hibari began
his rule, life became boring for him so Hibari went out to distant lands to
search for stronger people to fight. While he was on his journey, he began to
learn more about the dying will flames and became intrigued in them so Hibari
decided to try to find the secrets behind the dying will flames and boxes. During
his travels, Hibari managed to find out how many boxes there are in the world
total, and where the boxes originated from. But Hibari almost forgot that what
he truly desired wasn’t to discover the secrets behind the flames and boxes, it
was to find more worthy opponents to defeat. After that Hibari got a message
from Lambo speaking of a school for warriors called Sentou Gakuin. Hibari had a
smile on his face after learning of this and he began to journey towards Sentou
Gaukin where he planed to defeat the most powerful warriors there.





RPing Sample: Hibari had a grin on his face right after getting the new weapons and skills
from his fight with Lambo. Hibari began to slowly walk towards the streets where most of the
street fights were held. Five thugs came up to Hibari and said with mean looking faces.

Hey punk, give us all of your belongings if you don't want to have all your bones broken.

Hibari replied in a angry tone

Get the hell away from me or else I'll bite you to death.

The thugs seemed really peeved now and decided to attack Hibari

GGrahhhhh punk, you asked for it!!

A thug attempted to punch Hibari in the face but then Hibari easily dodged it, and kicked the thug
in the stomach.

I warned you. Now it's time to get serious.

Hibari pulled out a purple box from his box and ignited one of his rings with the cloud flames and then
stuck the ring into the box's hole and tonfa came out of the box and Hibari quickly grabbed both of them
and got into attack position.

Let's go.

Strong cloud flames began emitting out of Hibari's tonfa and then Hibari began his attack. First Hibari charged
towards one thug and hit him hard at his neck, following up with a low kick, making the thug fall down and the
hit at the neck was strong that it broke the thugs neck. After seeing Hibari's attack the other thugs began to
run away. But Hibari just smiled and took another box out of his pocket and emitted the purple cloud flames
from his ring again and stuck it inside the box and a small hedgehog covered in the flames shot out towards
the thugs and the flames from the hedgehog engulfed the thugs in an isolated space and spikes appeared out
of the flames, stabbing the thugs inside the space until they died. After Hibari finished killing them, he made
the hedgehog and his tonfa deactivate their powers and they returned to their boxes. Hibari looked at his boxes
with a pleased face.

Truly an amazing power.

Hibari put the boxes back into his pocket and began walking towards the center of the city.
