Name: Hibari’s Tonfa

Appearance:
Hibari’s tonfa are made of a special kind of reinforced steel that
can ignite flames. When the flames are not activated the tonfa look just like
ordinary tonfa with the silver colored bars and black handles. When the flames
are activated, purple flames emit from the steel bars of the tonfa.

Abilities:

Cloud flames: Hibari’s tonfa can emit cloud flames. The
cloud flames are purple and their special property is propaganda. This means
that the tonfa grow stronger from being exposed to other flames. These flames
can also grow in different areas to give Hibari some cover when he is being
attacked. These flames also give Hibari an extra boost in all of his physical
abilities.

Basic Attack: Hibari charges forward to attack the opponent
using his tonfa. This includes any aerial or ground attack. When Hibari doesn’t
emit cloud flames from the tonfa, they do 400 damage. When Hibari emits cloud
flames from the tonfa, they do 500 damage plus the damage of any flame attack
that is blocked by the tonfa.

History: Hibari had these tonfa every since he was young. Ever since he got
them, he always uses the tonfa in every battle. When Hibari was defeated by
Lambo and was taught of the dying will flames, Hibari modified his tonfa so they
could be compressed inside a small box and then when released they can emit
flames. Later he also modified them so they have a compartment that releases
chains to give extra range in his attacking.
