Enjoying a Spot(open)

[Kisuke]

Kisuke was in the amazing place known as Roy's Sake Hut. He sat around a few people enjoying a cold sake. Kisuke was wearing a black vest like shirt that revealed his arms. On his hands were dark gloves that covered his entire hand down to his forearm, and he wore pants that were both baggy yet snug. As you could have guessed, they too were black. Sipping sake from a small shot glass sat the man named Kisuke. In front of him were five more shot glasses and he just finished his which made the sixth. From the shot glasses you'd think that Kisuke was an average drinker but he wasn't. He just knew how to let it down and keep it down. Kisuke looked at Roy and gave a jesture with his finger motioning him to approach. Roy must have been a little nervous because Kisuke's expression had no smile and didn't look too happy.

"So Eisukke, what could be the problem?"

Of course, Kisuke would never let anyone know that he was the Suzaku Leader so anyone else knew him as Angry Earth Eisukke. His name was fairly common so no misunderstanding could happen, and Suzaku was not yet famous on a worldwide scale so no one would be able to make a connection, not to mention that Kisuke's complete identity is unknown to everyone.

"Well...y'see Roy..I've been looking at that guy over there and I don't really trust him. He looks shifty, almost.....suspicious in a way." Kisuke poured himself more sake from the pitcher that was in front of him into his shot glass. "But uh, I was just givin' you the heads up."

Roy smiled as he wiped a moist rag around a large mug in a circular motion. "Well, Eisukke, that's a good thing you noticed him. He does look shifty. I'll keep my eyes on him."

Kisuke raised his shot glass, nodded, and downed the entire thing in a single gulp. Behind Kisuke, the guy he was talking about was staring at him and gave him an angry glare although he was hesitant to do anything physical as he knew that Kisuke, or in this case Eisukke, had a reputation and would probably defeat him in battle. Kisuke looked over to him quickly and raised his two finger towards him and nodding upwards. This motion caught the man off guard and shocked him a bit. Kisuke then continued to pour and drink more sake, still downing each small cup with a big gulp.

[Nejisuke]

The door opens slowly and Nejisuke peeks his head in. He thens sighs in relief as he doesn't see anyone that he owes money, so he steps in and takes a quick scan and finds an empty seat near the back corner. He glances at Roy and holds up 3 fingers. This was his symbol for getting him the regular. He then relaxes into his chairs and closes his eyes slowly. He needed the break. Students had been anoying today and hard to work with. But it was all worth it in the end.

Roy Nods. "Ok, Nejisuke." Roy starts filling up a large mug.

Kisuke, or Eisukke as the others in the Hut knew him, gave a quick glance behind him. It was a fast spin that involved only the movement of his head and neck. He looked at the oddly dressed man walk through the door of the Hut. Kisuke noticed that the man seemed to be on the lookout for someone.

I wonder what he's looking for.

He again took the pitcher that was nearly empty and poured the last of the sake into the small shot glass. Again, he impulsively downed it all, leaving not even the smallest drop. Bone dry. He looked behind him again to see Roy filling up a large mug for the new guy. Kisuke wondered who this guy was. He saw him drinking a beverage and he heard his name, but the face; It was something new to Kisuke as he had never seen this man before.

Kisuke stood up slowly and carefully placed his small shot glass on the long table of the Hut next to the many other shot glasses and the empty pitcher that was now barren along with the glass. He snatched his dark red coat and walked over to Nejisuke while throwing it over his left shoulder with his left hand. A couple people looked at Kisuke funny and wondered if a fight was going to break out but it was to be expected.
Kisuke was now next to Nejisuke, simply looking down at him.

"Let me ask ya a question. Who the hell are ya? Haven't seen ya in here before. Are you a new guy or what?"

A small barrage of questions was headed towards Nejisuke. Kisuke, being the bad guy of the Hut that he was, had to make sure that he knew EVERYBODY that stepped foot in the hut.

[Nejisuke]

Roy looks nervously at Eisukke as he finnishes filling the mug. He walks over to the table where Nejisuke sits, and drops the mug carefully next to Nejisuke. He then heads back quickly to behind the counter.

Nejisuke glances up at Eisukke. "To answer the questions, you should allready know my name, i don't know why you haven't seen me before, and no, i'm not new." Nejisuke then grabs the mug and takes a greedy swig. He needed this, and now somebody was interupting his quiet attempt at a calm drink. Perfect. Quite perfect. Nejisuke decided that he might as well humor the drunk standing before him. "I've given you my name, what happens to be yours?" Nejisuke takes another swig from his mug, it is now half full.

[Kisuke]

Kisuke, or Eisukke, gave a quick smirk at him. He crossed his arms and let his dark red coat hand over his left shoulder while flowing a liitle from the cool breeze that penetrated the hut from the outside. Kisuke was shocked at the person's response. It was a bit cocky to say the least but Kisuke's was too. In a way, Kisuke like the response as it was the first time in a long time that anyone that drank in the bar actually spoke to him in such a way.

"So you've given me your name huh? I don't recall you giving me a name at all. You just said that I should know your name. Listen, its my name that you should know. I'm quite famous in this here Hut."

Kisuke's voice grew louder and louder as he continued to talk. As it did, many people that were having their own conversations stopped suddenly and gathered to where Kisuke and Nejisuke was. Many of them were drunk and some just wanted to see a free fight. Kisuke didn't really plan on showing them what he could do though, not that the regulars didn't know what he could do. It actually Nejisuke that didn't know what he could do. The sound of Kisuke's glove cringed as he tightened his fist. He was enjoying this liitle talk going on and he couldn't help but love the attention that he and Nejisuke were getting. Waiting for Nejisuke's response, his smirk turned into a grin.

[Nejisuke]

Nejisuke returns the smirk with a crooked grin of his own. "Famous eh?" Nejisuke looks him up and down. "You don't really look too terribly famous...." Nejisuke lifts his mug to his face, and it doesn't return to the table until it had been emptied. Nejisuke was actualy starting to enjoy himself. This was getting better than the quiet evening he had planned. He glances up at Roy. He then signals for a refill. He looks up grinning, waiting to see where this would go.

[Kisuke]

A gasp was heard after the words, 'You don't really look too terribly famous....'. People were gathering more and more by the moment. Kisuke looked at Nejisuke. A man from behind was gaping with his mouth open and Roy approached just so slowly. He was hesitant to move close although he made his way over to the two of them fast enough.

The man in back of Kisuke stepped forward a little. His knees shaked just slightly, his feet trembling.

"If I were you, I'd be careful. Your talking to Angry Earth Eisukke. In this here hut, he's never been beaten. He takes down his opponents with ease using his unique Er..."


"Alright, that's enough. Don't tell him too much. I still don't know much about him yet."
Kisuke shoved the guy with great force although from the look of his nudge, you'd think the guy would only go a few inches backwards. From this, you could see that Eisukke's strength wasn't ordinary.

"Anyway, as you can see, I hold some power around here and I'm a bit feared in this here hut."

[Nejisuke]

Nejisuke seems a bit taken aback. He then turns back to his normal smirk. He analyzes his possible apponent. Abnormal strength eh? Well, Nejisuke could meet that with his own abilities. But with a name like angry earth....there has to be something else up this person's sleeve and Nejisuke doesn't want to use too many of his own abilities... "But you can't hold power here, i come here often, and i've never heard of you." Nejisuke hoped this was enough of a provocation to get this person to do something.

[Kisuke]

Kisuke countered Nejisuke's smirk with one of his own. He also used an analytic method and scanned the items of his opponent. Kisuke wasn't in his fight mode at the moment and was liking this little bout that was going on. He responded in his own way asking a similar yet different question in response to the statement Nejisuke formed.

"Well, you must be a little spaced out when you come here. Too much sake? I come here very often and I've never seen you...ever"

Kisuke retained a calm sense of coolness to himself as he spoke to the person Nejisuke. Neither one of them knew each other's names yet and they both knew pretty much nothing about each other, or at least all Nejisuke knew was an alias known as Angry Earth Eisukke that was used only when Kisuke wasn't involved with Suzaku in public. Nejisuke had no idea that Eisukke was actually a powerful criminal that ran a large organization of trained killers. Maybe one day he would learn but for now, Angry Earth Eisukke was enough.

Nejisuke stares blankly for a second after Eissukke's statement. Suddenly he gets a small glint in hsi eye and just busts out laughing.

"He....Hehe. I'm naturaly spaced out, and if you've never seen me here, then you must be more spaced out than i am because i come here often as well."

And just as Nejisuke didn't know that who he knew as Eisukke was a powerful criminal named Kisuke, Kisuke didn't know that Nejisuke was really a powerful Master and taught alchemy at Sentou Gakuin. Although Kisuke did have one thing up on Nejisuke, Kisuke knew Nejisuke's actual name....

Kisuke couldn't help but start laughing, which got the attention of now everyone in the bar. They all gathered and whispers could be heard in the background although the were small peeps that were distant. They knew that it was strange for Kisuke, or in this case Eisukke, to be laughing since he was always angry looking, hence the name Angry Earth Eisukke. Kisuke was actually quite surprised himself of his sudden outburst of laughter. It took him quickly and made a quick pause on what he was originally thinking. He laughed because of Nejisuke. It wasn't a mockery laugh, but instead was a laugh of friendship. At the moment, Nejisuke had countered Kisuke's counter with a counter of his own. He seemed to have had a preemptive remark already planned and it seemed to be just as good if not better than what Kisuke could throw out.

Kisuke stopped laughing. A pause was all that remained in the air of the hut at this point and even those whispering ceased. Breaking the silence, Kisuke extended his hand outward towards Nejisuke. The handshake was offered as a sign of peace and friendship. Kisuke had no idea that Nejisuke was part of a school and Nejisuke had no idea that Kisuke was an evil leader, which in a way helped make them better friends. He held his hand out, waiting for the grasp of Nejisuke.

"Y'know what? You're alright. I could see myself becoming good friends with you. Whaddya say? Truce?"

Never have I met a person like this. He's strange, I'll grant him that but in a good way that you can't help but laugh at. Maybe I should offer him a place at Suzaku...No, I don't know much about him yet and I don't even know if he can battle. I'll bide my time and wait for a more opportune moment.

A bright flash erupted in the little hut. Most of the people presiding there held their hands up, trying to shield the brightness. As soon as When the people could see again, a huge man stood where the flash errected from. In all black, and an emotionless face, people began to whisper. Who is this man? D you think that he is related to Angry Earth EIisukke? Rorak just smirked, walked up to the counter, and ordered a pint of beer. He had no idea who this Angry Earth Eisukke is, but frankly, he didn't care.

[Kisuke]

Kisuke saw this guy coming in. he definitely didn't know who this guy was, but he didn't quite feel like making any more friends at this moment or getting into any fights. He simply looked at Roy as he served the new guy some beer. Kisuke then thought to himself and looked at Nejisuke for a quick moment.

I wonder if this guy's with the bright guy over there. Maybe they do know about me as the Suzaku Leader and they plan on ambushing me. No, that's quite impossible. Word of Suzaku hasn't spread yet and I would have definitely seen these two lurking around the Fortress.

Kisuke still had his hand out in wait of the handshake but his attention was averted even though it was only for the short and brief moment. While extending his hand, Kisuke thought he'd ask Nejisuke a question.

"Do you know that guy over there?"

With his free hand he pointed towards the guy that just entered and caused a huge commotion.

[Nejisuke]

Nejisuke meets the handshake with a firm grasp of his own. He has an outer smile, but inside he is filled with relief. He is quite lazy, and if a fight had erupted he would have had to concentrate on transporting out of there, and to top it off he was planning on getting drunk.

"Yeah, a truce would be fine."

Nejisuke holds up a full hand signaling Roy to get two of his regulars. He then sees the light and clutches his eyes for a second, then the fix themselves and he opens them again. He sees the person who is there. of course, he would come....oh well, as long as he doesn't see me, i don't have to pay him. Nejisuke has mistaken one of his own colleagues at the school for someone who he owed money to.

"No, i don't know him."

Roy handed Rorak his beer. "I'll be needing another one in a bit. I want it at my table by the time I'm finished whith this one. GOT IT???" Rorak stared at Roy for a little, almost making the man collapse. "..oof..of..of course, sir! No problem." Roy managed a weak smile. "Good." Rorak turned around, slouched up against the counter, and took a huge draught of the beer. He glanced around the room, his gaze finally resting on two boys sitting by the door, a crowd dispercing around them. He got a glimpse of Nejisuke, and almost brok ethe glass containing the beer. He stood up and walked over to where Nejisuke and the man sat.

Nejisuke's face turns a bit pale as he sees the figure aproaching, but he still believes that he owes the person money.

"I don't know him.... but i might owe him money..... I got to go now..."

He stands up and quickly moves through the assembled crowd and runs out the door and it shuts quickly.

[Kisuke]

Kisuke simply observed the two as the "bright man" walked over and Nejisuke seemed to go pale and tried to avoid him. Kisuke felt like Nejisuke did know him from somewhere but he was keeping something hidden. Kisuke didn't want to jump to conclusions though but it seemed way too suspicious how Nejisuke acted in this situation. Before Kisuke had noticed, Nejisuke was already up and tried to leave. Kisuke remained observant but still curious.

"Hey, where are you going? Why are suddenly leaving? Didn't you order something to drink just now? It would be a waste to just leave it."

[Nejisuke]

Nejisuke's head peeks around the door. He has a cautious smile on his face. "You can have my drink Eisukke." He then disapears out the door.

[Kisuke]

OOC: I think you need more lines.

IC: Kisuke looked at him with more suspicion and wonder. He wasn't sure exactly what Nejisuke was doing or who he was evading, but he began to think that he knew the bright guy more and more. Kisuke's suspicion only grew. Now, the question was just about where they knew each other from.

OOC: i probably did, but i had fully left in my last post before that, but i needed to answer your question....and why are you getting suspicious. He said that he thought that he owed the guy money, and that is why he had to go.

OOC: I'm just staying in character. He's the leader of Suzaku. Anyone that acts a certain way he'll be suspicious of.

Rorak saw Kisuke glance his way, turn pale white, and ran out of the shack. He smirked. He might not have gotten his moeny, but he scared the living crud out of him. For now, that pleased Rorak. He would eventually get his money. He glanced at the other boy sitting at the table. He thought that it wouldn't hurt to sit down. He walked over, and sat down in the chair Nejisuke was just occupying. He didn't say a word. Just stared at the boy, trying to get why he was here.

OOC: I'm confused. Nejisuke ran away. I'm still there. Also, my name to everyone at this point is Eisukke, or Angry Earth EIsukke--just for reference. I think I know what you mean but I'm not completely sure. I think you might have gotten the names confused when you wrote Kisuke the first time.
