Tips and RP Help Section

I think the forum should have a tips and RP help section so that newbies to RPing can still learn a thing or two without having to be yelled at by MODs or struck down for their misplaced creativity.
In this section, others on the forum can give tips about everything that they may need to know. This shouldn't be a second FAQs place but instead just an advice location.
This is just a suggestion. Put it into a little consideration and thought.

Starting out is more for people who are starting out and want to know more about the forum and how to RP on it. His question seems to be like a RPing Tips and help section that you can get advice from everyone.

It is for newbies but it could also be for those that just want tips or other ways of RPing. I'm thinking more of the RPing class that you had on the previous forum.

But, then you would have to have someone very adept in grammar as well as in posting etiquette.
