Rein's Techniques (W.I.P)
Name: Relentless Gale Spear
Range: Mid-Ranged
Dice Usage: Attack
Attack Power: 50
Warrior affinity: Ninja
Elemental Affinity: Wind
Benefits: N/A
Description: Rein takes his scythe and draws a symbol in the air, which flashes bright blue, lighting up the air around him in a calm blue light. Rein then throws the scythe part of the kusarigama through the symbol, shattering it. The scythe locks on to its target, glowing blue and rushing for it. It gains a "sharp" barrier of wind around the top of the scythe (the part heading towards to the enemy), and rushes him/her. While this attack starts at a relatively weak power level of 50, there's a trick to this attack. For every turn that the dice allows the opponent to dodge this technique (every time the attack misses its target) as long as Rein is able to maintain the technique, it gains momentum and inertia, increasing its attack power by 5. Currently the longest that Rein can hold this technique is for five posts, meaning that it has a maximum possible increase of 25 points, and therefore a maximum possible attack power of 75. This also applies to non-dice battles, the same rules applying.
*An ingenious techhnique if I do say so myself. Sorry for the cockiness lol. ^_^*

Name: Mirror Wind Bullet
Range: Mid-Ranged
Dice Usage: Counterattack
Attack Power: 40
Warrior affinity: Ninja

Benefits: N/A
Description: Whenever a projectile attack elemental (with the exception of the fire element) or otherwise with an attack power over 20 with a maximum of 60 power is launched at Rein, he can use this technique. He makes several handseals, and tosses the scythe section of his weapon into the air. It hangs there, as if held, and the chain coils around behind it, creating a tube like structure. From this structure is fired a small bullet of wind energy about a foot in diameter. Upon coming in contact with the projectile, it deflects it, and also draws power from it; 15 points, giving it a power of 55. This attack can pursue the enemy for up to 10 meters before fizzling out, and can home in on the enemy for a maximum of ten meters from their current position. If the attack misses the projectile that it is fired at, it maintains its power level of 40 and can still home in on the enemy, but only for a maximum of 5 meters from their starting location.

Benefits: Defensive, Suppemental
Description: Rein puts his hands together as if to pray, muttering an incantation: "Spirit of the wind, hault the arrow of mine enemy!" The ground for a foot around him lights up in a ring of blue light which morphs into a ring of runes, which lifts up around him, stopping around his waist like a girdle. This technique is good for one use, but provides several boosts. When any projectile of 50 attack power or less comes within the circle of runes, a strong cyclone of wind roars around Rein, deflecting the attack. In addition, two other affects are created. An invisible layer of wind is created just above Rein's skin, decreasing the power of the next attack to hit him by 10. In addition, it increases the power of each of his wind type techinques by 10 each.

Description: Rein cracks his kusarigama like a whip, catching the scythe portion as it falls to the ground. As the weapon "cracks", it creates a ring of wind which rotates at an extermely high speed, becoming "sharp". This ring than rushes the enemy. Upon contact the ring can cut through the enemy, dealing high damage. In addition, the creates a small burst of wind upon contact with any object. This increases its power by 5 if it comes in contact with the enemy. This ring's basic movements can be controlled by direction using the scythe part of the kusarigama. Obviously since this attack is fast moving with a lot of inertia, advanced control is not possible, but its basic path can be changed. (Small to mid intensity turns left and right as well as reangling up or down.)
