[Riko]

Riko was in the hallways dancing after being in this school. She loved the looks of the school as it was unique, different from what she had experienced her entire life. She flipped around, making intricate and delicate turns with her feet. She remained on perfect beat and timing with the imaginary and silent music that played in her head. She was happy, such was a trait of her and her people. She showed her emotion through dance but she wanted to fight. She wanted to dance to a different beat, the beat of combat. She had known the feeling, the adrenaline pushing through her body, flowing and keeping her going. She smiled and positioned herself in a single stance that looked difficult; Her torso arched over towards the ground and the ring held around her body with both hands. A single foot was in the air, high, while the other foot held up her body by the balance provided by her toes. She wondered, could anyone keep up with her dancing?

[Hitomi]

Hitomi was walking through the hallways of the school as well trying to navigate through the maze of Sentou Gakuin's Main Building. She sometimes found herself being lost but she always made her way back. This time around, it was taking a little bit longer but she was still fine. She saw a person dancing nicely by herself and wondered if it was the new student that she had heard rumors about. She walked over to her. "Hey there, I'm Hitomi. Are you new here or something? I've never seen you before."

[Riko]

Riko continued dancing as Hitomi spoke to her. She never stopped and she even began to make a slight humming sound as she danced. She showed how happy she was as she twirled and kept her balance.

"Yes, I am new here. And I am called Riko. I have a question for you? Do you want to battle?"

Riko was eager to battle someone else that wasn't from her homeland. This would be like a spar of sorts, not a dangerous battle of life and death. Riko just wanted to dance and make friends by doing that. She gave a smile as she spun her ring around her body carefully, while making no mistakes as to leave a cut or slash of any kind.

[Hitomi]

Hitomi closed her eyes and grinned. She could feel the adrenaline rushing through her body already. The truth of the matter is that she had wanted a battle for a while. To make things better, a tournament for points was going on and she needed the points so that she could be a blue or red ranked warrior. She pulled out her gun Mikomi and her sword Kanashimi. She opened her eyes and pointed the tip of Kanashimi at Riko.
"I'll start first since you challenged me. I hope that's okay. This battle is going to be for points right? That is why you wanted to battle isn't it?"
Hitomi rushed forward with Kanashimi. Her speed was a bit faster than normal and the steel of her blade scraped on the floors. She gave a loud yell as she came close because she was going to slash at Riko. She spun when she got close to throw her off and then she used her momentum to strike using an average cut of her blade. If it hit, it would do 75 points of damage.

[Riko]

Riko gasped at the speed of Hitomi. Riko didn't think that she would be
that fast and it did take her by surprise since it was so sudden. She
wouldn't be able to do much against an attack coming so close so fast. She waited and used a dance move to avoid the full power of the attack, being cut slightly in her side. It would probably cost her later in the battle but it was the only move that she could do at the moment. After being hit, she jumped back and began to use some of her dance that is used in combat. Riko began to move fast herself, spinning and slashing her bladed ring on the ground with the majority of her dance steps. She was now sweating quite a bit. She spun in such a way that a small bead of sweat touched the now finished circle in its direct center. Water began to expand and flow throughout the ring on the ground. Riko then began to do a series of dances. Her feet moved majestically as she jumped through the air, throwing off her opponent. She performed a handstand with her hands in the water from the circle and held the ring up with her feet. Power from the water began to strengthen her. She had now performed two of her dances, Dance of Strength-Fortifying Purity Water and the Dance of Support-Splashing Blade. She felt stronger. For 5 turns, her attacks would gain an increased 100 points of power. As for the points, she was clueless. She took a deep breath after her dances.

"What points? I'll battle for points but I don't know what they're for."

[Hitomi]

Hitomi was a bit stunned at how agile and fast Riko was. She was enjoying this fight, but she knew that she wouldn't lose at the chance to collect these points. She wanted to be a Red Ranked Warrior so badly and if she could become a Blue Ranked Warrior, it would be more of a bonus. It was true that her opponent was good, because she wouldn't be distracted. Hitomi figured she could explain those points while they battled and some more about them once the battle was done. "There is a tournament going on right now where we have to battle others for points. Based on the strength of our opponent, we gain a certain amount. I plan on defeating you and taking all of your points." Hitomi jumped up high and came down with the blade edge of Kanashimi facing downward, above Riko. She wasn't trying to seriously wound her, but she didn't hold back. If Hitomi lost, she wouldn't let herself take it. If the attack was successful, it would do 75 points of damage.

[Riko]

Riko gave a gentle smile as her opponent rushed in to attack. Riko spun, at placed her bladed ring upwards in the direction that Hitomi was heading down from. She leaned over a bit and her right leg was extended outwards, which was the main activator of the technique. The water within the grooves of the bladed ring began to swirl and expand at the center. The water then turned into a small wave of water the shot up at Hitomi. The water was sharp and could cut on contact as long as it could go past the sword and stop her attack. Riko felt the timing was right and she had some confidence that this would work although it wasn't full confidence. She fixed her eyes on Hitomi to see what would happen next.

"Try avoiding this technique. This is my Dance of Death-Reversing Tides. It packs a heavy punch, wouldn't you say?"

[Hitomi]

Hitomi was blasted back a few feet by the power of Moku's water attack. She managed to find her center of balance and land on her feet. It was powerful, the attack, as she said and left a large cut on her face. She wiped her face, red with blood, and grasped her sword again. She thought about using her gun, but against a fast warrior like Riko, she figured even a bullet might be somewhat useless since it was so small, regardless of the fact that it was fast and was steel. Hitomi wanted to try something different this time with her sword. She could feel herself growing tired already and herself becoming fatigued. She held her sword out to her right, both of her hands touching the handle of the sword. Her hands began to spark and immediately after, her sword began to form electricity around it, almost becoming a lightning blade of sorts. The sounds from the electricity were loud and intimidating to some and the lightning had some bonuses to it. She ran forward with the lightning still outward as she got close, she slashed as quickly as she could using her Lightning Blade Pierce attack. If successful, it would do 60 points of damage and it could pierce a defense attack that was used against her attack. Hitomi simply made a loud grunt as she swung the sword, showing the massive force and strength she placed into the attack.

[Riko]

Moku waited. She allowed the lightning from the attack to strike her, but she made sure that it didn't strike any vital points but instead hit her in a place that would allow her to safely fight some more. She was hoping that she could finish this soon. She flipped over to the carvings in the ground where the water was and placed the bladed ring within it, causing the water to move on the grooves of the ring. She began to spin, and the water began to shoot out at Hitomi. The water spiraled in the air, forming a whirlpool and the water was more powerful. Also, because of her momentum, Moku's attack was fairly longer than it would normally be. She hoped it would work. If her attack succeeded, they would do 175 points of damage because of her Dance of Strength she used earlier.

[Hitomi]

Hitomi was getting kind of nervous. She wasn't quite sure if she could evade those attacks. Even with her training, she wasn't confident. She stopped and tried to push off as fast as she could, almost slipping in the process. This might be the end of the battle if her evasion wasn't good enough.

[Riko]

Riko was a bit disappointed that some of her previous attack had missed. She was hoping to finish the battle with that last technique. She was growing weaker and her stamina felt nearly completely gone. At the most, she would have enough stamina left to dodge another attack, and it wasn't guaranteed that she could match the speed of the attack and even dodge it completely. She breathed heavily and for a moment, her smile vanished. She then started to smile again. She didn't want to give up and she wanted her opponent to make her move.

"Nice dodge. Now attack me, I'm ready."

[Hitomi]

Hitomi stopped and put her gun away. She walked over to Riko and gave her the 5 points that Hitomi had. Hitomi now had no points, but she wanted to admit defeat. She lost this match and had no other moves. "Here Riko, I'll give you my 5 points. You beat me and I'll accept defeat. You'll probably see me again before this tournament is over since I'll want to fight you to get my points back. See you again." Hitomi ran off down the hallway and through a corridor. She was going to come back some day for her points, but only once she was stronger. She was determined to become a Red Ranking Warrior.

[Riko]

Riko accepted the points and watched as Hitomi left. She thought about the points for a moment and then she fell over a bit. She was tired from the battle and needed some rest. She figured that since she was a Yellow Ranked Warrior and some kind of tournament was going on, she would probably be targeted again by someone else that would try to take her points. She picked up her ring Aiselne Drossel and left the hallways, looking for a place to recover and perhaps get a bite to eat. She now had 10 points since she was just given 5.
