The art of Battle [Jagajakku]
OOC: Since this is just a practice battle, how about we stick to the point and I'll just show you how to use the dice to battle.

Re: The art of Battle [Jagajakku]
OOC: Alright.
An attack can be used based on the Dice rolled and the technique that your character can use. Not all characters use Attack Dice actually. Depending on the character, only Special, Counterattack, or maybe even Item Dice could be used. Usually, only more advanced players that understand the dice more thoroughly do that though, so I'll stick to the basics of it.
For the situation, lets say Zaulqs is attacking a training Dummy. Ordinarily, Zaulqs uses creatures to do his attacking, but I'll use his own attack for thsi situation.
First of all, in order to even use a dice, you must have clicked the Post Reply box on the top or bottom of the post area. Next, you must select your dice.
Soul Card Flash
Attack Power: 50
Click the Dice Icon for a pop-out menu to appear
(The Dice icon is located next to the "Others" box)
Next, I would select Attack Dice from the list and make sure that the Dice Usage of my technique is Attack. As you can see from the technique above, Soul Card Flash uses an Attack Dice. Also, it inflicts 50 points of damage to the opponent's HP if successful.
Jisenki carried out 1 launched of one (Attack Dice.) :
In a battle, the number you roll is important. Under ordinary circumstances, the higher number determines which technique works and which does not.
So, let's say Zaulqs rolls an Attack Dice and gets a 7. If the opponent were to roll an 8, Zaulqs' technique wouldn't work but the opponent's technique would.

Re: The art of Battle [Jagajakku]
Magic is vague so I don't really know what you mean. Magic, otherwise known as Spells, are used by Spellcaster class characters. You may be referring to Special techniques which could be the equivalent to Magic in RPG video games.
Special techniques have added effects to them that go beyond the basic Attacking or Defending.
Special Technique: Soul Card-Proximity Withdrawer

that depends. The forum has changed quite a bit while you were gone and the template has been edited. In order to make things easier for yourself and for others you should create a new list. I'm doing the same.
