Jacob is surprised he was given a chance to prepare for himself. He tosses up a gravitational flux barrier to help him a bit in case of Ein pulling more attacks then Jacob could handle again. He then places his blades in the ground in front of him, and places his hands on his chest, and begins the regeneration process. He sends lightning pulses through his nerves to the brain, telling it to start cell reproduction and kniting up of the wounds he had received from the sword strikes. He then takes his blades back out of the ground and waits for the opponent. He was ready now.

Ein was hurt a little by the puppet attack made by Daien and decided to put things to an end. "I wanted to spare your pathetic life, but you have pushed me. Now I'm going to kill you and your friend." Ein went back to his old tactics again and started to use Ultimate Reckless Charge. As usual, his speed increased and he appeared in front of Daien in seconds. Three slashes with the power to inflict 300 points each were headed at Daien's body. Ein seemed angry although he did a good job of preventing it from being easily seen. He was determined to kill Daien.

Daien was shocked. He wasn't expecting a Reckless Charge move so soon after a last one. He attempted to defend by moving the marionette in front of him, but he knew that it would be difficult to do and that the marionette couldn't defend against all of the damage.

Jacob watches his opponent's attacks succesfuly strike Daien who was trying hard to help him defeat this person. He knew Daien couldn't take much more of this, so it was time for him to direct his opponent's attention on himself, instead of Daien. He lunges forward with great speed and does an uppercut, and a downward cut on his opponent, then flips backwards in the air away from his opponent. He did a simple and regular attack, he didn't want to keep doing the same thing again and again. He hoped this would redirect his opponent's attention.

Ein was distracted for the moment by the attacks from Jacob and his attention was switched from Daien, but just for the moment. He was a bit thrown off by the sudden and unexpected attacks approaching him but he decided that he would try to defend although the succession rate of his defensive moves were not very high.
He blocked with his blade hoping that it could seperate him from the two attacks' powers.

Daien was hurt now and he was hardly able to move. His puppet had fallen into pieces because he didn't have enough strength to manipulate the wires holding them together. He simply lied there on the ground looking up. He wasn't dead yet but his life energy was very low and he could feel himself slipping away.

Jacob runs over to where Daien is lying on the ground. He looked like he needed help, and fast! Jacob sticks his blades in the ground next to where Daien lies, and then kneels over Daien, then places his hands over the wounds. Small lightning pulses go out through Daien's body, convincing his brain to start faster cell reproduction. The wounds across Daien's body appear to knit themselves shut. Jacob stands back up and grabs his blades. He disapears from his spot and is then in the air above Ein. He comes down on him with high speeds for another super assult.

Ein noticed what Jacob was trying to do but EIn had his mind set on finishing off Daien for good. He inititaed the Ultimate Reckless Charge once more, dashing forward towards Daien to finish him off with three more slashes from his blade. Each slash, if contact was made, would do 200 point of damage.

Daien on the other hand, attempted to evade, but he knew that the chances of him evading weren't very high. The footing that the sand provided would make it difficult to evade quickly but he hoped that his attempt would be enough.

As Jacob saw Ein begin the reckless charge Jacob throws up another gravitational flux barrier in addition to the one he threw up earlier, and jumps next to Daien. The first sword attack is thrown back by the gravitational flux barrier, and then Daien succesfuly dodges the second sword attack. Jacob hopes that the new barrier he threw up would be enough to stop the third sword attack. Jacob then attempts to stab Ein with one of his blades. He aims for around the mid stomach. He was going to take Ein down in this battle, and he would not let him take Daien.

OOC: Only 1 of Ein's attacks were dodged. Your Gravitational Flux Barrier was the third technique so it corresponds to Ein's 3rd attack. Barrier-3; Slash-4. The slash still works.

IC: Ein gave a quick chuckle as his attacks pierced through the barrier and one made its way to still hit Daien. He knew that it wouldn't be long before Daien was killed. Daien couldn't even put up a decent fight anymore, and to top it off, he figured Jacob would have few options at that moment. Jacob could try to defend Daien but the defense wouldn't necessarily block the attacks meaning that they would be worthless. Also, the split in focus for Jacob may put him at risk for attacks. Ein's chuckle didn't last long as he saw the attack coming. He figured it would be best to take the attack rather than waste energy trying to avoid it, so as the attack approached, Ein placed his arm in the way of the blade, causing him to be cut a little on his left arm. This battle wasn't over yet. He would use another Ultimate Reckless Charge to attack Daien, hopefully finishing him off for good. He used the three slashes again which would deliver 200 points of damage upon a successful hit.

Daien didn't want to die without getting in another strike or at least attempt to do so. He quickly used his marionette to attack with Fierce Stream. This attack only worked when Daien was in an emergency situation as it cut his remaining HP into a quarter of its current amount. Because of this, the attack would do 600 points of damage if it worked and would lower a defensive dice amount used against it by a value of 1. "Ein...I'll use the last bit of my strength to stop you."

"Nooo!!!!" Jacob watches as Daien is struck 3 times by Ein. Jacob knew that this was probably the end for Daien. He fought hard... Death is allways unfortunate though. This guy is going to out last me in this fight, and he can perform more attacks than i can handle. I need to call in some help... Jacob sticks one of his blades in the ground next to him, and places his fingers in two tiny cymbols around his neck. He claps them together three times. Never before seen in the desert they were in, a swirl of snow suddenly appears next to Jacob, and from it comes a large polar bear. "Hey Jacob, long time no see. What ya' need my help for here?" "Him." Jacob points at Ein. "He just killed my only help." Rou nods. He takes his mace off of his back, and charges at Ein and swings his huge mace at his chest. It would do 600 damage if succesful. Jacob places his hands on his chest and does another regeneration. He needed to have as much HP in this fight as possible.

Ein grinned although he was still wounded by the final attack used by
Daien. He was glad because he had succeeded in killing Daien for good
and with that, he figured that he only had a single target left to
exterminate. He looked at Jacob while breathing heavily and noticed
that Jacob called for another creature to help him. He was a bit tired
after the attacks that he recently used, but Ein figured that he could
at least defend the incoming attack that approached him. He wanted help
too and he reached for a yellow capsule. When he tried to release the
creature, he realized that his Scorpion monster never returned from its
search. He crossed his blades in front of each other in other to defend
his body and hold back the attack from the mace that came at him. "I won't lose yet. I'm not leaving until I get what I came for!"

Jacob is getting frustrated at this man. "Well what the heck are you searching for!" Rou glances back at Jacob and snickers to himself. Jacob is acting weird. This person must have really riled him up. I better not let him live, or else Jacob won't let me hear the end of it. Rou conintues attacking with the mace, this time from above aimed at the person's head, followed by a jab aimed at the lower stomach. Jacob smiles from where he was standing. Rou is really going at him... I might not have to do another thing this fight! As long as Ein his kept busy though... I don't know how long Rou can handle him alone.

Ein couldn't dodge. His energy was draining away quickly because of so many uses of the Ultimate Reckless Charge Technique. He fell down to his knee and coughed up some blood. "Damnit, I think I may have overdone it. Even dead, Daien still got the better of me. Had I not attacked him with that Ultimate Reckless Charge, I might have been able to fight a little bit longer." Ein began to tremble, his life force was running low and the two mace attacks that just hit him didn't help. He collapsed onto the sandy ground as blood slightly spilled from his mouth. He wasn't dead yet, but his heart rate was slow. His swords fell in front of him and began to get slightly covered in small pieces of sand that was being carried by the wind.

Rou smiles and brings his mace above him and starts to bring it down full speed for the kill. Suddenly Jacob is gone from where he was standing, and reapears with his blades stoping the mace from coming down on Ein. "Stop Rou, the bounty was to bring him alive." Jacob replaces his blades on his back, and takes off a backpack that he had over his sheaths. He goes through it and pulls out some thick rope and starts to tie up Ein. It was clear Ein was finnished. Jacob places his hands to his side. "I have one question before i take you to collect my bounty. What was it you were searching for?"

Ein opened his eyes a bit. He was still a bit weak from the battle and was almost unconscious but he said nothing and remained completely silent in his tied up state. He didn't seem to be trying to escape though which made it hard to tell what he was up to or if he was up to anything. He coughed up a little bit more blood.

[Nejisuke]

Jacob looks over at Rou. "I know you can't like it much here in dessert. You better return to the snow." Rou nods, and replaces the mace on his back, then puts his hands together and dissapears in a swirl of snow. Jacob finnishes tying up Ein, and then grabs the ropes on the back of Ein, with his nuckles digging into Ein's back a bit. Jacob then looks up into the sky, and jumps, while getting rid of the earth's gravitational effect on him and Ein. He could only do it to Ein too since he was touching him. He levels off on the tip of the stratosphere, and the temperature drops severly, and Jacob is thankful that he is wearing his scarf. He has picked this height because it was away from the shifting winds of the desert below him. He was out of thier reach.

Ein remained silent but wondered where Jacob was taking him. He didn't ask any questions, and couldn't since he didn't answer Jacob's previous question. He scoffed and then spit some blood down below. Ein was too full of pride. He finally said something to himself but it wasn't that loud. "I'm going to die huh? I guess this is it. A pathetic end."

[Nejisuke]

Jacob chuckles mid flight. "I doubt you will die... I had orders to bring you alive.... Unless they are going to kill you there. That is allways a possibility." At this Jacob falls silent. He had seen things like this happen before and it allways disgusted him. What was the point in asking for them alive, if they were just gonna be killed anyway. They should at least been given the opportunity to be given the honor to die in battle.

[Jisenki]

"....." His silence replaced his lack in faith that he would live. He didn't know what to say or what to do and he could barely stay awake. "Could you at least tell me where you are taking me then. Maybe if you do that I'll answer all of your questions." Ein decided to swallow his pride and talk a bit. It wasn't that he was afraid of his death, but more like he didn't want to vanish from the planet with nothing left behind. He then thought about Daien and how this must have been some kind of curse that Daien must be casting on him.

Jacob contemplates answering Ein's question and decides it can't do any harm in telling him. "We are going to a place called Sentou Gakuin. It is a school for warriors. I'm just doing a bounty for them. Now can you tell me what was so important that you were searching for, that Daien died trying to protect?" Reliving that moment Jacob wishes dearly that he could take Ein there dead instead of alive, but never go against earning money.

[Jisenki]

"Fine then, I'll let you know what we were going after." Ein paused and took a deep breathe before coughing up a bit of blood. "I was there because I wanted to find the Sand Gem. Daien was trying to protect it." Ein coughed again but no blood came up. Ein could still taste the scent of blood in his mouth though. He could still picture the gem and he wanted it badly, but his mission was a failure and he killed those people for nothing.

Jacob listens carefully to what Ein was saying. A gem... worth a lot of money probably... or maybe of great power... i better find out. "So... what exactly is this gem, and why did you have to kill those people trying to get it?" I wonder if i could get this gem. I wouldn't use it for whatever purpose Ein would have and it will be safe with me, so Daien won't have died in vain.

[Jisenki]

Ein sighed. "The Sand Gen is a secret gem of the Nubu-Kassaa desert. That gem holds tons of power but because of its extreme rarity and looks, no one would want it. It is activated by killing those around it. Once it is moved, it can bestow a person with the power of the desert, allowing them to instantly master the Sand Element and even better, control sand to such an extent that they can simply wish it and create sand. At the cost of that though...well, if I did get it, the desert of Nubu-Kassaa would no longer be in existence but would fade away forever and become nothing but a barren wasteland. Everything would die instantly; The creatures, the people, all life...would vanish. Its powers are dangerous and just moving it from its position would cause it to happen and for the gem to take effect." Ein coughed once again.

Jacob listens carefully as Ein speaks. He becomes silent for a period of time, thinking. Just moving it would destroy and entire civilization...? It still might be worth it though, i mean, i wouldn't be taking them out myself... i would just be taking a piece of property and let what happens, happen... Can't say the world wouldn't be better without one less dessert. "So just moving it causes such havoc... Where exactly was it anyway?"

[Jisenki]

Ein nodded his head. "I was never completely sure myself. Apparently, not many people knew exactly where it was hidden. I think Daien knew, but it would be impossible to get the information from him. I would assume that its in the Desert somewhere, but since it can't be detected by elements or techniques, searching for it would take many hours of physical labor, not too mention the possibility that it might not even be in the Desert or that it may no longer exist if time took its toll. I can't say for sure exactly where it is." He then looked around, trying to scout out the terrain. "How long until we get there? This journey is getting to be pretty long."
