Almost like a city that never sleeps, it is at the peak of its Industrial Strength.

Appearance:


Wesa has light blond hair that is partially long with its length down to his collar. He has a dark skin tone and has light blue eyes. A remarkable feature on his face is the pair of three scratches. These scratches marked him from his appearance onto the planet as an alien or an one that was from out of the planet. Wesa wears a black shirt that is sleeveless and has baige pants that are baggy and ideal for a warrior like himself. On his waist is a torn and worn out sash that is yellow which is one of his favorite colors. Wesa is usually seen with his trademark sand coat. Named for its camouflage capabilities in sand, it has no powers but has become a favorite piece of clothing for Wesa. He wears this all of the time unless sleeping or relaxing somewhere. The coat is ripped and torn like a lot of his clothing and it bears the Insolisapien trademark on the right sleeve of itself. Within the coat is a scarf that he sometimes wears on his head or places on his face to protect it from sand. In some situations it has been used to partially conceal his identity by covering up his face below his eyes, although he doesn't usually do this. You may have also noticed on his left side that there is a small gourd on his waist. This small gourd is used to hold sand and sometimes water depending on where he is, where he is going, and what might be in his path such as a battle. On his wrists are bracelets (one per hand) and below on his hand is hand wrapping to protect one's hand from hard impacts. One more thing that is noticeable is that Wesa wears different pieces of Jewelry around his body that are expensive. He received these from some of his bounties.

Wesa loves battle itself and more than that he loves money, which is most likely the reason why he does most of what he does. He usually won't agree to anything unless a challenge or money is involved. Generally, he doesn't hate anything except being bored. Out of battle, he is a cheerful person that is energetic and often sarcastic, but in battle his personality changes although that too depends on who he is battling. To someone who he thinks is powerful, he'll give them a harder time and his expression will be calm yet intimidating, while in a battle against someone with equal or less power than himself he may be sarcastic while making jokes or not being as serious. Wesa, despite his looks and clothing, is very wealthy but his ultimate goal is to become "The Absolute Rich!!".

History/Character's Background Story:
Wesa had a history
unlike many other people. As an Insolisapien, he wasn't necessarily
born, but instead he was actually brought into existence. Wesa was
brought into the world already at the age of 5, so he had a common
knowledge of a few things such as walking running, and speaking. Other
species of Wesa's have a different way of doing things in order to
survive. For one thing, Wesa was already given the ability to speak the
native tongue of wherever he was currently brought. Insolisapiens
aren't born through parents, and therefore aren't named upon being "brought".
Instead, they receive a character or an initial and there job is then
to find a human with the same character or initial and possess them
through a technique called "Reverse Bonding", thus giving them control
of their abilities, knowledge, name, and overall identity. Because of
this, every Insolisapien can live among humans and have no knowledge of
where they came from or what they are after they go through "Reverse
Bonding".
Wesa, unlike other Insolisapiens, was not brought into existence with
this technique so he found a different way to receive an identity and
name. He was given initials too, but more than any other person would
commonly have in his land. He bore the initials: WXYZ. He was walking
through a large city one day when he spotted what he thought was a cool
toy, given that he has the intellect of a 5 year old. He attempted to
purchase this item but was kicked out of the store because he had no
money. After convincing a person to get him a job, he worked enough
until he had enough money to but the item. He finally bought this item
which was actually a sword that was disguised as a sword. Happy, Wesa
took thi sword to a cave which he called home. He played with it until
he become fairly trained with it and because of his Insolisapien
abilities, he quickly had enough intellect to wield it properly. He
would soon leave this city to find something fun to do. He eventually
arrived at a school that taught a person how to become an assassin.
He joined this school eagerly. After years flew by, he graduated and
stopped this school completely, as he had literally killed every single
member. In this school, there were 427 students and 13 teachers. This
was the first major crime of WXYZ, Wesa. Because at this time he was
only known as WXYZ, it was surprisingly hard to track him and because
he had no birth records, no one could identify him. While traveling,
WXYZ would find a lone soldier. This soldier's name was Wesa Den. After
meeting this soldier and hearing tales of him, WXYZ learned of Sentou
Gakuin as well as Wesa's background and his expert skill. Eager, WXYZ
asked to be taught by this soldier. The soldier soon taught WXYZ about
control and how to fight using only his hands and feet. WXYZ was now a
bit stronger again and went on his way happily. Before he left, he
killed Wesa. He knew that he would meet Wesa and knew that he would
have to steal his name and perform something similar to what his other
people in his race would be destined to do. He would steal this
person's name and make it his own.

More years flew by. As they came and went, Wesa continued to find
powerful teachers and then killed them. If they had the same initials
as him then he would take their name. His next and final 3 victims that
would have

their names stolen were: Xouta Ta, Yagami Du, and Zuisho Ra. WXYZ
was finally given a complete name and would now call himself Wesa Xouta
Yagami Zuisho.
Wesa was now 17 when he performed his most memorable crime yet. He was
now a bounty hunter that was really rich due to his expert skills that
he learned when he was younger. For a large bounty, Wesa was told to
assassinate an entire village of people that was hidden within the
desert. As ordered, he went into the desert and murdered each and every
one of them. Because of his acquired genius, he was easily able to
cover this up and hide everything that happened, but one student from
Sentou Gakuin had witnessed the entire thing and had reported this
crime. Ever since that day, Wesa has not been seen. It has been rumored
that he may have been seen working with Phantom and Suzaku a few times
as well as the Cursed Seven.

Wesa walked through the desert while wearing the torn scarf from within his pocket on his face. The desert sands of Nubu-Kasaa were ruthless and the sands shifted recklessly. He was in the desert at this time to search for a small boy who was worth a very large bounty. Wesa stopped for a moment to pull out a small blue book from his pocket. The book was a pirated copy of Sentou Gakuin's B-Book. It had a few less pages but it was still handy in the hands of Wesa. He read it for a moment to find more details about his bounty.

"By my notes, this boy lives in the Nubu-Kassaa Desert, or at least that's where he was recently spotted. He has short white and curly hair and gives off his own aura of light." Wesa closed his book. "This shouldn't be too difficult and should be worth it too. This kid's got a bounty of 100,000 yen. This kid is either very tough or simply very crafty to have a bounty that high." Wesa continued into the desert. Hours passed but he seemed to continue on strong. He stopped for a moment to lift his gourd from the left side of his waist and raised it to his mouth. He poured into his mouth some water and drank a bit from the gourd that usually held sand in it.

He decided now to run through the desert in hopes of making it to the other side. He wasn't sure if the boy was still here or if he fled the desert so he decided to leave and learn more information. As soon as 6 minutes passed, a bright light could be seen in the center of the desert. Wesa rushed to the light and once he was close enough, he saw the boy with a ball of light surrounding him. His eyes were glowing pure light and the sand around him spiraled with the ball of light that was doing the same. At the moment, he didn't notice Wesa so Wesa decided to quickly confront him. As he did so, the boy instantly shifted his attention to him and just as he did, a huge tornado of sand began to form. The tornado didn't hurt Wesa but instead carried the boy off to some location unknown to Wesa.

"Crap!! Lost him again. Guess I have to find another lead on him...again."
