Effect:
The user taps into their mental power to affect the mental status of the other people in the battle, disabling any powers made to help themselves. This is an ability that must be activated immediately at the start of battle (the first turn of the user done by double posting). No other skills, techniques, or abilities may be activated when this is activated. When activated and put into effect, all supplementary techniques and all abilities are negated and cannot be activated. This only affects abilities and techniques.
Activation Requirement: Must be activated during user's first turn.
Cost: 400 Tsukara
Requirements To Unlock: Must be a Spellcaster (or Spellcaster Hybrid)
