Brief Information On Element

There are many elements that you can use in Sentou Gakuin. Each element belongs to a specific group that determines the warrior level needed to use them. Anyone can use Basic Elements, and only powerful warriors can use Secondary Elements and Tertiary Elements.

Basic Elements:

Fire
Wind
Lightning
Earth
Water



Secondary Elements:

Wood
Metal
Sound

Tertiary Elements:

Ice
Darkness/Shadow
Gravity
Light
Psychic
Venom
Sand

All of the basic elements have weaknesses which can be seen below:

Fire weak against water
Water weak against lightning
Lightning weak against Earth
Earth weak against Wind
Wind weak against Fire


Fire is weak against water type atacks, but Lightning can shock water and do
heavy damage. Lightning has almost no effect on Earth types so Earth is strong against it. Wind type attacks may not be able to easily move earth attacks but a strong enough gust can slice through it. Fire can easily burn through wind attacks and nullify their damage. Upon starting as a wanderer, Yellow Ranked Warrior, or Suzaku Grunt, you are only able to choose one of these elements.


The secondary elements are different. They are elements that are formed from the 5 basic ones but can be used in a way so that they are more powerful or weaker. This keeps the secondary elements from being superior or inferior. Both of these elements have the same weaknesses. Both are weak against fire and lightning. After becoming a stronger warrior, you will be granted the ability to use secondary elements.


The other elements are neutral types that have no strength or weakness against another element(with the exception of ice). These elements can be considered powerful if used wisely but if they are used foolishly they could be dangerous to the user as well as everyone around them. The strongest warriors are able to control the power of the Tertiary effectively.
