Naruto fictional battle--Who would win?
So we're in a restaurant and my cousin, Taifuu, myself, and another person are discussing good possible battles in Naruto. Somehow we get into a conversation about who's crap in Naruto and who's decent. Somehow, my cousin believes that Sakura is much better (we're talking Shippuuden here) than Kakashi and Neji. Does anyone at all agree?
Also, just for some battles to think about and debate, who do you think would win between Neji and Haku?

Re: Naruto fictional battle--Who would win?
I said this before but ... your cousin speaks BLASPHEMY! Any character could own her without even truly, except for maybe Ino, Shizune or Twenty (a.k.a. Tenten).
Haku would win, Neji can't hold the rotation jutsu forever, whereas Haku can do his Kekkei Genkai for what seems like forever. (Though, as a character in whole, I prefer Neji. BYAAKUGAN (NTAS joke)).

Re: Naruto fictional battle--Who would win?
I agree with the whol Sakura thing (except with Tenten. I like Tenten and think she's really good).
In a fight between Jiraiya and Shikamaru (both at their peak), who do you think would win?

Jiraiya, his Sage Mode (bringing him the toad couple's trapping jutsu is something not even Shikamaru could stop without prior knowledge), makes him the better of the two. (But, with the Tenten thing, it depends on what Tenten can truly do, she really shows her best techniques.)

I'm just saying Tenten based on game knowledge and stuff that I've seen her do. Overall, she's best on a team just like I think Rock Lee is best on a team, but if she fought a close ranged ninja, she would have a good advantage.

Re: Naruto fictional battle--Who would win?
Kakashi is pwn on legs! Sakura never does anything! (see NTAS for full reference)
I am kinda taken with Shikamaru winning... I mean, he is the smartest ninja in the leaf and can assess things like nobodies bussiness. I woudn't count him out just by lack of power, and if he gets Jiraiya in a shadow.... it's ALL over, those are things you can't own.
Let me pose one to you though... Chouji or Kiba?

Re: Naruto fictional battle--Who would win?
I say Kiba. Chouji is decent, but he is basically just head on strength and size. Kiba, on the other hand, is cunning and strategic. Plus, he has an ally with him that only supports his cunning and tricky style of fighting. Besides that, Kiba is much faster than Chouji and has deadlier attacks. Chouji is deadly but he's extremely slow and can't usually hit fast people from what I've seen.
Remember the Chuunin exams between Chouji and Dosu. Dosu just sidestepped for 3 seconds and punched Chouji once for the victory. I think Chouji's match ended the fastest. And it ended faster than Sakura and Ino's, which is really saying something about his skill.

Re: Naruto fictional battle--Who would win?
J, that's not entirely true. It wasn't the punch that finished Chouji (the punch in fact did nothing), it was the insane vibrations that were sent into his body that finished him. But, I do agree with you (sorry Sara ) that Kiba would win over Chouji. The speed factor alone seems like it would be enough to take Chouji out of wait for the effects of the pill to wear off.
Chouji vs. Dosu
My own fight to pose: Kisame (before death, sorry if this is a spoiler) vs. Gai

Re: Naruto fictional battle--Who would win?
I know the sound is what beat him, but still. Dosu dodged each attack with a basic side step (it wasn't even a super powered far jump to the side). It was a side step that I can do easily. And Chouji got stuck in a wall and was stupid enough to get backed into a corner. Even with the food pills, we know that Chouji will most likely die after that and as for their overall speed, I don't think a fight against another slow, close-ranged warrior is good enough to really determine how fast chouji is with pills and if he could actually keep up with Kiba and Akamaru, who use speed to their advantage.
I think hands down, Chouji would lose to Kiba.
How about Kankuro and Neji. This might be hard overall with what I'm thinking.

Re: Naruto fictional battle--Who would win?
(Oh Sorry, I didn't see it)
Kisame. No doubt. Its not because Kisame is one of my favorite characters in Naruto next to Zabuza, but I think that Kisame at full power would easily destroy Guy.
I haven't seen much from Guy since the fight they had in the Gaara retrieval arc, but if Guy hasn't shown much else since that battle, then Kisame will never have anything to worry about.
If I remember right, Guy fought Kisame with the help of Rock Lee, Tenten, and Neji (which didn't help at all) and still basically lost. I believe that Kisame was only using about 40% of his power. Guy, as far as I know, sticks solely to Taijutsu. Kisame has the advantage no matter what, which makes him hard to beat. He can make the area a basic ocean and uses water jutsu, his specialty, to attack. He's fast and has high level techniques from what I can tell. His weapon is a threat for taijutsu fighters (as we've seen with Asuma in their first encounter with the Akatsuki) and from what I hear, Kisame can now transform and merge with the blade. As a plus, the sword steals chakra and apparently nullifies jutsu if he swipes the Samehada near the user of the jutsu while they are trying to build chakra up for the technique.
One more thing, Kisame has chakra like a tailed beast, which means that he can stick around in a fight much longer than the average ninja (sorry Shikamaru). Overall, I'd say that Guy wouldn't stand a chance. Even the gates being opened didn't give him much of an advantage when Kisame was barely trying.

Re: Naruto fictional battle--Who would win?
I agree that Kisame would beat gai... Kisame as immense, more so than I though he would be... i am so annoyed about last chapter! What a lame way to go! like partner like partner I guess...
I'd say Neji would win peronally. he can sense chakra... Kankuro uses chakra strings... he can cut of the flow of chakra to kankuro's hands... match over.

Re: Naruto fictional battle--Who would win?
I always thought that Kankuro, knowing about the Byakugan, would be able to beat Neji. With so many traps and three puppets, I think that even Neji would have some trouble. Plus, if Kankuro discovered Neji's weakness of the Byakugan like Kidoumaru did, he would have a better shot at winning. I'm not saying that victory is a surefire thing. I just think that it could go either way depending on the location and what each person knows about the other.

Re: Naruto fictional battle--Who would win?
I agree with that Kisame would definitely win against Gai. Both Sara and Jisenki have pretty much listed all the points.
As for Kankuro vs. Neji, I'm not really sure. I'm guessing that we're talking about the manga and I haven't really seen either of these 2 fight in a while so I'm not really sure. I believe that Kankuro might win though but the battle would be really close. Both of them have trained immensely in their respective techniques unlike certain other characters that have undergone massive power upgrades and using different techniques like Sakura's chakra manipulation abilities and Naruto's sage mode. Kankuro was extremely proficient with his puppets and there is a chance that he might have more puppets now. Neji has been working on that weakness for ages and now the only thing he can't see with Byakugan is directly behind him, that 1 degree. I think that Neji will have hit almost all of Kankuro's chakra points by the time the battle is over but the poison and all the traps and the defense of that one puppet will be too much for him.
Now, mine... Temari vs. Rock Lee.

Re: Naruto fictional battle--Who would win?
i'd say Rock Lee.
1) He's more of a main character and they tend to win.
2) He's the under dog. they tend to win too.
3) Temari, i'm sorry to say relies very much on her wind fan thing and doesn't have much else going for her, rock lee, despite having only taijutsu and being injured, he's more diverse still in what he does and he has Guy's ferocity.
Sorry for being away, I was on holiday, I thought I made a post saying, but apprently I didn'y. I am still here though.

I kind of agree with Sara. Temari, if she was main, might win because she's got the advantage of long range, but Rock Lee is main and is an underdog and probably would win if they fought in the anime or manga

I would say Sasuke, only because he is needed to finally finish the NaruSasu rivalry (which will probably be the end of the series )
