Wesa's Techniques
Name: Sand Tower
Range: Close
Dice Usage: Defense
Attack Power: N/A
Tsukara Value: 75
Warrior Affinity: Ninja
Elemental Affinity: Sand, Ice
Benefit: N/A
Description: This technique is a combination of the ice and sand attribute. By simply lifting a hand up, sand can rise from the ground and remain there with it's hardened shape intact. Although it looks like sand, it is actually ice combined slightly with sand. The ice part of it makes it hard and durable while the sand part of it keeps it from being easily destroyed by fire although it is still a possibility. The tower isn't too large and measures about the same height as Wesa himself. The tower is used to defend against attacks that come towards Wesa.
Name: Sand Sweep
Range: Mid-Ranged
Dice Usage: Attack
Attack Power: 350
Tsukara Value: 175
Warrior Affinity: Ninja
Elemental Affinity: Sand
Benefit: N/A
Description: With a sweeping motion of the hand comes a sweeping wave of sand that can inflict fair damage to whoever is hit by it. The sand is mostly made from the sand in Wesa's gourd, but it can also be reinforced with desert sand or even dust from the air around him. Like most of Wesa's techniques, a minimal amount of effort is required and even a ninja skill that other ninja would need handsigns for require none for Wesa.
Name: Winter's Shedding
Range: Close
Dice Usage: Escape
Attack Power: N/A
Tsukara Value: 800
Warrior Affinity: Ninja
Elemental Affinity: Ice
Benefit: N/A
Description: This is a technique that Wesa uses to avoid attacks. After performing a handsign for a few moments, Wesa can concentrate his ice attribute within his body, and allow it to escape through his body instantaneously when necessary. When performed, Wesa will literally jump out of his skin that becomes ice. His new skin looks just like the old and still has any wounds that were received earlier. After this, the old body becomes a large block of ice. This move takes a bit of concentration to perform and takes a good amount of energy. This technique is generally used to escape from battle. It can fool the opponent into thinking Wesa is still present while he make his escape.
Name: Sand Bursting Trap
Range: Far
Dice Usage: Special
Attack Power: 175
Tsukara Value: 200
Warrior Affinity: Ninja
Elemental Affinity: Sand, Ice
Benefit: Offensive
Description: Wesa quickly makes a handsign and places his hands on an area of the ground, imbuing Tsukara within it. Once this is done, a trap is set within it that causes the sand with Tsukara in it to corrode once stepped on. As the sand corrodes, an explosion of sand is created and from beneath the sand flies ice shards that are extremely sharp. This is meant to catch the opponent off guard and this is only one of many traps that Wesa uses. This technique is initially put into effect by the dice being rolled, but the effects of this technique don't apply unless an opponent rolls any dice that has a Dice value of 18 or more.
Name: Fortune's Assault
Range: Far
Dice Usage: Special
Attack Power: 200
Tsukara Value: 275
Warrior Affinity: Swordsman
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Benefit: Offensive
Description: This is a special technique of Wesa. Wesa moves in close, anticipating an attack from his opponent. He attempts to attack first but does so by fooling the opponent by attacking with the blade facing inward and the other side facing outward towards the opponent. Wesa then slashes while spinning the blade, causing multiple slashes at once. This technique's power is actually activated only when the dice roll of the opponent is higher than Wesa's roll. If it is lower, the amount of damage done is 100 multiplied by the opponent's dice value subtracted from Wesa's. For example, if Wesa rolls a 2 and the opponent rolls a 5, the attack will do 600 points(3x200) of damage.
Name: Sand Wall
Range: Far
Dice Usage: Counterattack
Attack Power: Varies
Tsukara Value: 300
Warrior Affinity: Ninja
Elemental Affinity: Sand
Benefit: N/A
Description: By swaying his hands upward, Wesa is able to make a small wall of maleable sand from the ground. The sand isn't used as an attack, but instead as a defense as it can block Wesa or propel his enemies' attacks back at them once it hits the wall of sand and increase the power of the orginal attack due to the recoil. The attack does the same as the opponent's attack multiplied by the amount he/she rolled. This makes their own attack more devastating to them.
Name: Sand Shard Burial
Range: Close
Dice Usage: Special
Attack Power: 500
Tsukara Value: 400
Warrior Affinity: Ninja
Elemental Affinity: Ice, Sand
Benefit: Offensive, Defensive
Description: This move creates five coffins of sand that switches the position of Wesa among them. After this done, only one coffin will contain Wesa. If an incorrect coffin is chosen, then it explodes into a blast of sand while at the same time shooting out small shards of ice. When the opponent's dice is rolled to attack, they must roll under a 10. Anything more will cause them to be hurt with 500 points of damage. If they choose correctly, by rolling less than 10 Wesa instead loses 500 points of damage instead of what their attack would have inflicted. This is a huge gamble for the opponent and for Wesa, which fits him perfectly.
Name: Misfortune's Assasult
Range: Far
Dice Usage: Special
Attack Power: 500
Tsukara Value: 700
Warrior Affinity: Swordsman
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Benefit: Offensive
Description: A move formed by Wesa after his defeat by Taifuu in a sparring match. This move is similar to his Fortune's Assault technique with some differences. Wesa holds his sword with the blade facing towards him. He will rush towards the opponent and run directly in front of them. He will then jump pass them, holding the hand his sword is in farther out. Usually he will hold his sword with his right hand. In this situation, he would approach the opponent from his right while the blade that was facing towards him is on the left side of the opponent during the attack. This technique works when the opponent's dice roll is higher. If it is lower, the amount of damage done is 100 multiplied by the opponent's dice value subtracted from Wesa's. For example, if Wesa rolls a 2 and the opponent rolls a 6, the attack will do 2000 points(4x500) of damage.
Name: Lady Luck
Range: N/A
Dice Usage: Special
Attack Power: N/A
Tsukara Value: 200
Warrior Affinity: Ninja
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Benefit: Supplementary
Description: Wesa forces himself to believe to believe that "Lady Luck" is on his side and is helping him to win the battle. This is usually used in times when Wesa believes that he is unlucky or thinks that he has had much misfortune. By doing this, he inflicts himself with Unlucky: A person afflicted with the Unlucky status has all of their Dice Amounts halved. Normally this would be a bad thing, but depending on your character and how their techniques and abilities work, this may actually be fortunate and lucky instead of unlucky.
Name: Sunatoaisu No Tsubasa
Range: Mid-Ranged
Dice Usage: Evade
Attack Power: N/A
Tsukara Value: 50
Warrior Affinity: Ninja
Elemental Affinity: N/A
Benefit: N/A
Description: Wesa will use his ice element and his sand element to form wings on his back and on his hands and feet in order to dodge an attack. It takes a moment for the wings to appear on him, but once they do he can propel himself away with great speed for a limited time.
Name: Dull Destiny
Range: Close
Dice Usage: Special
Attack Power: 10
Tsukara Value: 500
Warrior Affinity: Swordsman
Elemental Affinity: Ice, Sand
Benefit: Offensive
Description: Wesa will fool his opponent by sheeting his blade in what seems to be extremely lethal ice that has very sharp ridges and it very hard. He will then attempt to attack the opponent, secretly placing sand around the blade and dulling it. If he slashes the opponent, the cut will be nearly invisible due to the lack of power. However, this is one of Wesa's traps since it infects the person with sand that hurts them from the inside. This technique works for an amount of turns based on the roll of Wesa. Each turn, the damage is multiplied by 5. For example, the first slash does 10. The next turn, the opponent will automatically lose 50. The turn afterwards, the opponent will lose 250. The turn after, the opponent would lose 1250 and so on. Because of this technique's overall power, its roll is decreased by 1.
Name: Ninja Art- Lucky Sand Cage
Range: Close, Mid-Ranged, Far
Dice Usage: Special
Attack Power: 600
Tsukara Value: 1000
Warrior Affinity: Ninja
Elemental Affinity: Ice, Sand
Benefit: Offensive, Defensive
Description: This technique is a move that can either hurt or help Wesa. He will place his blade into the ground and two cages made of Ice will form around him and the opponent. It is coated with Sand to reduce the power of fire if it is used. Upon activation, Wesa rolls two Special Dice that counts as both an offense or defense dice depending on what the opponent rolls. During the opponent's turn they must also roll two dice although it can be any two(except Escape). Both players take the sum of their dice and whoever has the higher sum becomes released immediately. The one who has the lower sum will lose 600 HP. If it is Wesa who loses, he loses 1200 HP. Neither player can directly attack or defend during the turn when this is being used but Wesa's risk is greater than the opponents.
