I suggest that the a post should be made by Jisenki, for when a technique is special, counter attack, evasive, escaping, or regular.

I believe that there should be a post stating what the differences between them are, and what makes the techniques special, evasive, escaping, regular or counter attacking.

i've read all the things on dice. i believe the only one he hasn't described when it is what it is, is when it is special.

It's in FAQs already. I wrote almost a page on the differences. Whoever wants to know has to read them.

I personally think that Special ability is self-explanatory but if more people post here and say whether they think they need it, then I'll tell what it is.

That post does not explain what I am asking for. Being as it does not explain the difference of explanation.

In my mind, Special is anything that has an element to it but by everyone's arguments it seems otherwise.
