Nejisuke's Buddy, Oto

[Nejisuke]

Name: Oto
Appearance: Oto is a bit bigger than your average house cat. He is actualy a jaguar though, but is forever this smaller size. He is solid black, but for the occasional snowflakes that appear on his pelt, although they usally melt quickly. Oto has silvery eyes with a black design in them with the pupil at the center. On the bottom of his paws he has white fur in the shape of a snowflake. Each paw has a different snowflake design.
Type of Creature: Jaguar
Calling: Oto is almost allways around, but Nejisuke keeps a small whistle made of metal around his neck that will make Oto suddenly appear next to Nejisuke.
Elemental Affinity: Sound, Ice

Ability Name: Sonic Yowl
Technique Usage: counterattacking, Attack
Benefits: NA
Attack Power: 200
Effects: Oto will turn his head toward the selected target or attack heading at either Oto or Nejisuke. Oto will then let out a Yowl at such a high pitch it will not harm human ears, and carries the force to repulse attacks or to inflict cuts upon a target. This takes a bit out of Oto, so he can't attack or defend on the next post.

Ability Name: Healing Touch
Technique Usage: Special
Benefits: Supplementary
Attack Power: NA
Effects: Oto will face toward the being that needs the healing, and Oto will touch them with his nose. The person will be consumed in a whirlwind of snow, and then be healed of up to 400HP or 4 Defense Dice and 5 Attack dice or 4 Evade dice and 3 Special or 3 counterattack dice and 100HP, any of these four combos. The dice regaining can only be performed once.

Ability Name: Quick Claw
Technique Usage: Attack
Benefits: NA
Attack Power: 300
Effects: Oto lunges at the apponent and rapidly attacks with his claws. The exact areas of attack depend on the battle. He likes to attack them out of trees, easier to reach the head.

Healing Touch and Quick claw look a bit too powerful. The dice amounts
you get for healing touch are a bit steep. Quick Claw isn't too bad,
but I'm just unsure if that 'lasts until attacked thing' is actually in
battle or just information. If he continues to use the same attack
every turn with Quick Claw, you should explain that in a bit more
detail.

Healing touch is a bit too powerful. It allows the person whose taking the effects of the ability to gain more and more dice constantly. The dice amounts are extremely high for what it can do. The HP ones are fine but saying something like: __dice and __dice, ___dice and ___dice, or etc. is way too steep. The character would continue to have more dice. Edit that up a bit. I suggest not gaining so many dice or trading and even exchanging dice.

Healing Touch still looks to godmodded to me. Those dice values are steep, especially since you have clones that allow you to use one more dice per clone.

i shall be burning down my dice supply all the faster, and i've seen other people's techniques were they are getting back just as much dice. i allready lowered the dice amount once....
