Appearance:

The old katana and gun known as Kanashimi and Mikomi has been combined to become the Gunblade of Rebirth. The new gunblade has taken a completely new appearance compared to the old blade. The gun portion has been changed slightly, making only half of the original gun present so that the new enhanced blade could fit on it. The blade also looks different, appearing less as a katana and more as a custom sword that is both larger and wider. The bladed sections of the sword is outlined in white while the rest of the blade is gray.

Effects:
As long as this weapon is equipped, Hitomi will have all of her techniques that are Gunner or Swordsman gain a dice amount of 3. Also, any techniques that are Swordsman or Gunner that have an element will have its dice go up by an additional 1 amount. This includes any techniques that are both Gunner and Swordsman or have multiple elements, although the additional 1 isn't for each element.

History: This weapon was given to Hitomi once she entered the secret training station within her homeland. At that time, the weapon was two individual weapons known as Kanashimi and Mikomi. Her master had given her this weapon once she took the entrance test and learned that she was a dual type warrior and was most compatible with a gun and a sword. After finishing at this small training station, she trained hard with her weapons. Months after going to Sentou Gakuin, she decided that it would be faster and easier to simply have one weapon that is a sword and gun instead of two individual weapons. She went to a forger and asked to have the two weapons combined and remodeled so that it was a new weapon made of the same properties that constructed her old one.
