Themed Clans

After some Private Messages from a few individuals, I've decided to allow Themed Clans. These Clans are not to be confused with clans that might be in the Family list, but this is a clan for individual characters interested in creating characters. This is basically used as a way for others to have characters with a common storyline and to some, it may be easier to RP with a clan character. Basically, for those who still don't understand what I'm talking about, a clan is a group of characters you can use from an anime or some type of game that will allow you to RP with other characters people create that are from the same clan. You don't have to RP with the people from the same clan at all, but some people choose to.

For Example:

A clan could be the Human Sonic Clan, in which users can make characters from the Sonic games or anime but in human form.
Characters could include some like my Kagemaru, which is a human version of Shadow The Hedgehog.

Another clan could be Naruto, in which users create characters from Naruto and adapt their stories into the Sentou Gakuin world for Role-Playing purposes.

All clans don't have to be from an anime or game world. Some clans can be from a single person's imagination. You could make a clan with a background that appeals to others and may attract others to it, causing them to make a character from that clan.

A sign-up sheet will be placed in the Family Section that will allow you to make Themed Clans and allow others to join. Clans may allow some characters that have stat enhances, for example:

A Naruto Clan may involve any Naruto characters to have a few more Special Dice or a little more HP than another from their rank may have. It all depends on how strong the members of the "Themed Clan" may be.

If you want that as a clan, that would be fine

Is the already, basically, formed Reborn clan going to have to also sign up? I only ask because many of the members of that clan are already in activity and have begun to even train some of the other non-clan characters.
