Description: it lets you regrow body parts for 24 hours instantly and if you use it to much it can make the blood stone take you over for ever because the blood stone is very hard to control when and if it takes you over you can not get control of the body again

this would deffinately require at least one special dice, i would probably estimate it requiring at least 5, and you would have to specify how much HP would be regained.

blood stone wouldn't be considered an element, since i'm asuming it is an item, but i could be wrong on that. this technique probably wouldn't use an element, and if the blood stone is an item, than it woudl be that items ability probably, but i don't know your exacts for that.

then what exactly is it? just blood? or since it is blood stone would it also be earth? i'm not getting this exactly.

oh, and the warrior affinity would probably be energy or ninja, it depends on what you chose in your character thingy.

blood stone is a power that you have to be bornen with it is blood + stone + chakra. -_-

For this forum, don't use Chakra and Jutsu. Their are other substitutes, and this isn't a Naruto forum so if decide to use those words, you'll have to explain what both terms mean.
