Searching For The Destruction-Ginmaru[open]

Kagemaru drove his motorcycle to an opening in Nagai
Michi. He was wearing sunglasses to protect his eyes from the bright
and sunny sky. He was on a quest, and that quest was to find the
remaining Destruction Emeralds. He knew that a person must be carrying
one because he would sense the emerald and the location seemed to keep
shifting. He decided that he would wait in that one spot until he
picked up on the location of the Emerald again.

OOC: Why do you continue to make Destruction Emerald posts without actually creating the Emeralds themselves for my characters to actually have.

IC: Ginmaru flew into town on a curved board, something like a snowboard, which he had carved from a tree while training. He had become hungry while training and decided to take the Nagai Michi to get to the nearest town, for some home-cooked food. While traveling, Ginmaru saw a person next to a motorcycle on the path. He decided to talk to this person and learn why they had stopped on a path nowhere near any town nor the school. He quickly grabbed his board from under his feet, placing it in the holster he had made from the same tree and some fabric from a rag he had found. He quickly drifted down next to the person, and addressed him. "Hello."

OOC: Because you don't use Ginmaru and I didn't want to waste good effort making a good item for a character you wasn't using.

IC: Kagemaru looked towards the person that approached. He sensed power coming from him and more specifically, he sensed the Destruction Emerald on him. Kagemaru pulled out his gun and rested the back of it on his right shoulder with his right hand. "So, it was you that has the Destruction Emerald that I seek? Hand it over!" Kagemaru reached his left hand outward, extending it towards the man. He figured that the person would have no idea about how to use it and simply give it up since Kagemaru assumed that the man had no knowledge of it. "....So, you going to hand it over or will this turn into a problem for you?"

OOC: I actually will begin to use it in the future..I have already began the plans

IC: Ginmaru thought of his Destruction Emerald, and then, the fact that this person had demanded it. "And if I do have it, why would I hand it over knowing that you want it so badly?" Ginmaru looked at the boy, and waited for a simple reply, he saw no reason to hand over his emerald and saw that this boy was probably just power hungry, or needed the emerald to complete whatever plan he might have.

Kagemaru scoffed after hearing the response given to him. At first, he didn't respond because he figured that the reply made by his previous statement was that of a naive one at best. Then he thought about it; He assumed that this person probably found the emerald and thought of it as some pretty jewel that he could stare at in his free time or even sell for a small amount. Kagemaru figured that this kid didn't even know how priceless the jewel was, let alone the pure power it contained. Even so, Kagemaru couldn't help but smile at that comment once he thought about it. He tapped the side of his gun on his right shoulder as he walked towards the boy with few calm yet progressive steps. "You would want to hand it over because you probably have no idea what kind of item you possess...Or do you even have it?" Kagemaru wanted to see what the boy in front of him had to say about this. He wouldn't let anyone stop him from getting his Emerald and he knew that he could persuade this guy, one way or another.

Ginmaru looked at the person, who stood in front of him. Everyone of this guy's comments were nothing, but insults to his intelligence, and he decided that he would go along with the comments, and allow this person to think that he could outsmart Ginmaru. "Well, I did find a shiny yellow jewel, a while back, but I was about to find the nearest jeweler to get it appraised and identified in order to see what to do with it, but since I believe it to be the kind of jewel you want. I think that I will keep it." He kept a calm demeanor about himself, but on the inside he was reveling in his intelligent glory for his response from which he would monitor the response of the person he had just met, but no matter what either of them said Ginmaru was convinced that they would not be in a battle of wits for long, but Ginmaru would not push toward a physical altercation.

Kagemaru pointed the gun towards the boy. He knew that the guy would say something like that. He could tell just by looking at him that much. In actuality, Kagemaru made his statement just to make sure that the guy did have it. Fortunately for him, the boy said more information than he should have and at this point, he couldn't back it up. Kagemaru now knew that the guy had the Yellow Destruction Emerald and Kagemaru was ready to simply take it. He wasn't the type of person to play around and tell meaningless jokes and he had just obtained all of the information necessary for the moment. "Alright, I'm done playing. I don't have time to fool around with kids." Kagemaru clenched his Doom Gun tightly and squeezed the trigger in Ginmaru's direction. From it shot a black bullet and the gun itself made a loud bang. Kagemaru didn't generally toy with his opponents and he was pretty cruel. He aimed his gun at the boy's head hoping to get a one-hit kill. He anticipated that the guy would attack back though or at least dodge and when did, he could see the true potential of his power. His sunglasses made a quick glare as the light from the metallic black bullet reflected off of the glasses. If the bullet hit, it would do 100 points of damage.

Mamoru looked at the person, who had just fired a gun at him. This slightly angered him, but also left him with the satisfaction that he had truly won the verbal battle. The bullet shined from the sun in the distance, Ginmaru wasn't afraid though. He used his Basic Psychokinesis to warp through space and time, while everything appeared in slow motion to him, he carelessly and easily stepped out of the path of the bullet as it was coming him. When he stopped warping, he was still in his same spot though the bullet was flying past him a little to the right. He had a slight smile across his face being as he had basically dodged the bullet around without any stress or energy needed. He quickly spoke a few words, "Is someone angry?" He said this jokingly as well as mockingly, his opponent couldn't even come close to beating him without the use of more advanced techniques.

OOC: If you don't respond with a dice then you still take the hit. You lost 100. You need to use dice to activate abilities and techniques in response to another dice. You need to re-write a post that actually says what happens when you get hit now that you didn't acknowledge it.

OOC: I actually don't look at the actual Basic Phsychokinesis which was approved by you, yourself.

OOC: WHat does that have to do with anything, you still have to roll a dice like you have to with any other attack. Because Basic Psychokinesis doesn't have dice usages, it could only really be used in posts not really concerning a true fight or not using dice. It could be used to emphasize things, but just because you don't put a dice usage doesn't mean that in a post you could Godmod with it and not use a dice. You could say that you slowed the bullet down or something, but either way you lose 100 points of damage since you didn't roll a dice. Come on Militis, you're a mod. You should know better than trying to get around a rule that the entire forum revolves around.

OOC: Actually, the forum is also based on the die system right, and the die used is the die stated in the dice usages, where as Basic Psychokinesis has no die usage for me to use a die from, ergo all die usages would be deferred from that one specific attack being Ginmaru's techniques truly state that it can warp through time and space though there is no die usage, but if it appeases you and makes the lay of the land more fair toward the other combatants of this forum, I will edit the original Basic Psychokinesis so that warping without a die may only be done outside of battle or before the actual battle starts. I have also edited my preceding RP post to rather than turning the bullet around, to dodging it.

OOC: Militis, don't argue with me and debate about it. I made the rules, I set up the Dice, and constructed the forum and approved your techniques. I know what I was doing and I know that if it has no dice usage, that you use it in general RPing. If you want me to disapprove of your attacks then that would be an option. Bottom line though is that Ginmaru lost 100 points because you thought you could use that move to pull a fast one. Also, re-edit your post again so that it includes him getting hit by the bullet. Whether its a scratch, death, or a large wound is of no importance but in the end, you lost 100 points.

OOC: I refuse and close this topic down for your extreme power abuse, and pettiness. Also, I also set up the die system, and constructed the forum, along with you, if you remember. And no one tried to pull a fast one, it was imply myself using the technique as approved by yourself.

Also, you did not set up the dice, I did and you made about one section of the forum. Even as we speak, I'm updating the forum and you're doing nothing.
