pOKEMON fAVORITE cATCH eM aLL?

With the new gold game and silver thing out for the DS I was just curious about what people thought about the whole pokemon game franchise overall and what pokemon game you liked best if any. And what about a favorite pokemon or favorite pokemon [plural]?

With the games, I can't say I don't like them. I think they should make newer kinds but the old ones still do it. I'm glad to see that Gold and Silver has been remade and I would buy it if I was really into games but that series was my favorite (I expect a new Crystal for DS soon).

When it comes to my fav pokemon:

Mewtwo, Blaziken, Lucario

I was never really a big pokemon game player but I did like Pikachu and Larvitar. I think Gyarados was kind of cool in its own way even if its preevolved form was as sucky as can be

I can't think of any at the moment so I'll get back to you on that. i just wanna know. I like absol too but what the hell is that thing? I can't think of any animal that resembles it

You just reminded me of how terrible Magikarp was. I don't even think I ever caught one. I'm pretty sure I just tried to catch the Gyarados later in the game on games that let me. The only moves he could learn were Splash and Flail and perhaps Tackle. That's it. That craptastic fish was quite the waste of time, energy, and a pitiful excuse for a pokemon.


I think out of all the games, Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald caught my interest the most. I think they have a good variety and those were the games that started to change things. Plus, the kid you play as had cool hair and actually didn't resemble Ash a.k.a Red.

I have about 5 favorites:

Actually, I don't think I have a favorite. I was a fan of generally dark, ice, and dragon types. The legendaries were pretty cool too. I think my favs were Lujia and Mew.

I'm not going to lie. I like the trainer card. Magikarp was useless though. It was a crappy pokemon with no powers or talent. I think Ditto was pretty useless too. It could transform to the opposing pokemon but thats not that good considering the attacks it has are known by the opponent. I thought Feebas was pretty bad too but at least it could learn some basic attacks.

I kind of like how you don't like one specific type Riko. Originally, I was primarily a Fire, Fighting, and Psychic type pokemon lover but with few good fighting pokemon (that I can really think of) they never came in handy too much.

Now I want Soul Silver or Heart Gold T_T

I hear Soul silver and heart gold are fun. I think my favorite legendaries were Lugia nd Raikou but my favorite pokemon was.....I guess Kabutops. Kabutops or whichever one had the blade hands was a sick dude. It just looked f*ckin cool.




You know what...I think I'm going to make a pokemon creature for Xexame. Kabutops is too cool to pass up


btw, has anyone noticed that Kabutops kinda looks like syther?

Ditto was the cute little pink thing right? I used to love Ditto. I remember that one episode where the person had Ditto and when it transformed, it kept the face for every pokemon it turned into. That was so funny. I don't think I know what Feebas is although it sounds familiar. I guess it isn't really good either

Feebas is the little fish that mirrors Magikarp although it is slightly better. It evolves into the water pokemon Milotic. Much like Gyarados, Milotic is usually the preferred choice.

Oh yeah. I remember Feebas. If I remember right though, I though Milotic was actually strong?

Haha, this is pretty late of me but I really like the elemental fighting pokemon like Blaziken and Breloom.

I forgot about Breloom. I never see it very often for some reason. Isn't that basically the only Grass and fighting pokemon?
