Heaven’s Dagger
Close Range
Dice Usage: Special
Attack Power: 500 HP heal, 500 damage
Tsukara Value: 250
Warrior Affinity: N/A
Elemental Affinity: Light
Description: Ken creates a small dagger made out of light energy and stabs whoever he wants to use it on, including himself. As long as the target has no darkness affinity, the dagger will heal on hit; however if the target does have darkness affinity, it deals 500 damage instead. The target can be an ally, the enemy, or Ken.

Attack Power: 290 damage, 580 if target has darkness affinity
Tsukara Value: 225, 275 if extra ability is used

Elemental Affinity: Light
Description: Ken returns his sword into pure light energy in both of his hands and molds it into the shape of a bow and arrow. The arrow’s speed depends on how much energy Ken puts into the shot, so if Ken pays the extra Tsukara value, the number that appears on the roll is increased by 3.

Description: Ken uses the power of his locket to encase his target in a layer of light. This technique turns any positive power boost from any technique or ability into a negative, and negative effects are doubled. Punishment remains active as long as the target is still using his/her buffing technique, and if the target cannot cancel the technique, Punishment remains active until the fight is over. For example (Ability x before Punishment: Increases all attacks by 200, but drains health by 100 each turn. Ability x after Punishment: Reduces damage of all attacks by 200 and drains health by 200 each turn)

Description: Ken focuses a large amount of energy into his sword and waits for the enemy’s attack so he can parry it. When he successfully parries the attack, Ken flows into a dashing motion, dashes in and attacks his target with all of his might. Ken can only use this technique if it is the only action he performs on his turn.
Angel Barrier
Close to Mid Range
Dice Usage: Defense
Attack Power: N/A
Tsukara Value: 100
Warrior Affinity: N/A
Elemental Affinity: Light
Description: To perform this technique, Ken needs to stick his sword in the ground in front of him and needs to keep his hands folded. After this action is performed, a large barrier appears, stretches to a 100 foot radius and surrounds him and anyone within the area 360°. This barrier provides a very powerful defense and lasts for 3 turns; however no actions that mean harm can be performed within the barrier. This means that all attacks from the enemy will be automatically blocked for three turns, but Ken also cannot perform any attacks for those three turns. The way this technique benefits Ken is that he can still perform techniques as long as they do not inflict any damage.
Heaven’s Claw

Attack Power: 200
Tsukara Value: 150
Warrior Affinity: N/A
Elemental Affinity: Light
Description: Ken charges a small amount of light energy into his hand and grabs his target. After Ken grabs and lifts his target in the air, he releases the energy that was gathered and deals his target 200 damage. When this technique successfully counters an attack, it cancels any action after the original attack and nullifies any bonuses that come along with it.

Attack Power: 290 + Health lost
Tsukara Value: 600
Elemental Affinity: Light
Description: Ken charges forward towards his target and begins to attack him/her with a barrage of melee attacks and then ends his attack with a slash made out of light energy. The final slash's attack power is determined by how much health Ken has lost.

Fixed the Tsukara cost for the techniques, added more detail to Angel Barrier and Punishment. Changed healing power of Heaven's Dagger but did not change the "confusing" line because I don't know how to phrase it besides "If target has dark element, heaven's dagger does damage to him/her. If target does not have dark element, heaven's dagger heals him/her." Which is pretty much already stated.
And about the attack power limits. Is it too late to change Ken into a higher rank because I wanted him to be on par with my other character, Ragna, who is a Ryoushi

Heaven's dagger is still confusing to me because I don't know who is getting healed, Ken or the target of the technique? You still haven't increased Punishment's tsukara cost. And I'd say that Heaven's Assault should at least be around 600, because as I've already stated, it's pretty much an instant kill technique.
As for changing your character classes, I suppose you can, and it'll probably be preferable to make a topic explaining why Ken leaves the school. Nothing will change except for the fact that your slots and attack power limit will change. Obviously, you'd have to edit your character creation page and get it re-approved.

Check please, didn't change damage for heaven's dagger because it only deals damage to dark element characters
