Effect:
Tsukara recycling breaks down the Tsukara flows and manipulates it so that excess Tsukara is used more wisely. This ability keeps any additional Tsukara within the user's body and allows them to save it for later. This ability is in effect the entire battle from start to finish and as long as it isn't nullified, disabled, or blocked, the user only needs to pay half of the original Tsukara cost for all of their attacks.
Activation Requirement: No activation Requirement. In effect the entire battle.
Cost: None
Requirements to Unlock: This ability can only be taught to you by your Survival and Healing Teacher
Restrictions: N/A
