Homeland: Not much is known about his birthplace. Some say that he was never born, merely summoned by a sick cult who he thereafter slaughtered. Others believe that he was a malevolent spirit who possessed thousands of people over the years, driving them to the brink of insanity and causing them to commit suicide. It is common belief that he was the son of Mephistophles and Persephone, but all of these theories have mattered not.

Appearance: He wears light leather armor and stands at about 6'3". The cape is merely for dramatic effect. He's rather sadistic, but one can have a sense of humor, no? Okay, well he carries a scythe with him (hence the macabre theories about his background. Not that his love of random bloodshed didn't contribute, mind you.) which has an unnatural sheen. He crafted this scythe himself and it never gets dirty. His skin is as pale as the moon and his hair is a deep blue with earrings on both ears. Leather gloves adorn both his hands, in order to nullify the damage that would be done to them if he cast a spell without protection.

Personality: He has a sadistic, caustic nature, and likes to cause pain just for sheer enjoyment. That's not to say he doesn't have a conscience, however. He doesn't mind giving a helping hand when and where it's needed. But basically, his attitude is one of "I'm going to do whatever the hell I want just because I feel like it." He loves sarcastic jokes, opera, and long walks on the beach. As long as those walks entail leaving the bloody corpses of the slaughtered masses in his wake. He won't kill puppies, though. They are just too cute. Unfortunately, humanoids are hardly puppylike, so you're all fair game.

History/Character's Background Story:
Jerico was never "born", but he wandered the Earth for much of his existence as a spirit. The Xel'naga are notorious for being able to live without corporeal bodies. He once overheard a Blood Magus speaking about the ulitmate evil, one that would bring chaos and destruction to the Earth, and would inevitably end it. It was approaching, and there was not much anyone could do about it. Jerico decided that he might be able to harness the power of this entity for himself, and finally create a corporeal form for himself, one that's power would supercede any this world has ever known. He possessed the body of the Blood Magus and began the preparation to summon the entity. Everything was going perfectly, and he finally summoned the Harbringer of the Apocolypse; Abaddon. The body of the Blood Magus was ripped apart by the sheer force that was exerted by this entity's aura. Jerico knew that this would happen- he was hoping for it. He rushed in to possess Abaddon, and succeeded, throwing its spirit out into the void as he achieved ultimate power. Unfortunately, this strength was too much for him to handle, no matter how powerful he was. So he quickly sealed away the rest of Abaddon's power deep inside his new body, which, when fully unlocked, would destroy the Earth and all existence as we know it. He gained immortality and he can draw on this power when in dire need. He left and decided to wander for a bit, not quite sure what to do afterwards. He stumbled across a puppy, the only being that he found he could not kill. He named it Suichi and kept it with him at all times. Once, as he was walking through a village, Suichi following behind him, he was jumped by some very unlucky thugs, who killed Suichi. Jerico's rage was unmatched and he made short work of the thugs (0.039 seconds, to be exact). He decided that he would try not to do much evil anymore (try- because it's so very much fun!), but he would attempt to make the world safe for the only animals that he has room in his cold heart for- the cute lovable puppies.

Thanks! I originally based him off of three characters I absolutely adore. The bad'ss, the maniac, and the sarcastic bad'ss maniac. (aka magus, richard, and deadpool)
