Havoc's Abilities
Name: Devour
Effect: Using his jaw that is capable of detaching and becoming dislocated, Havoc can eat smaller and medium sized creatures whole. When this is done, the creature or creature's HP increases the attack power of Havoc. Basically speaking, the attack power of all Havoc's techniques is increased by an amount equal to the total HP of the creatures that Havoc used this ability on. This ability lasts for 5 turns before it can be used again, and Havoc could only Devour creatures that belong to him.
Activation Requirement: Special Dice
Cost: 475 Tsukara
Name: Tormenting Laugh
Effect: The creepiest laugh of all, being heard from miles away that call indicate the arrival of Havoc. This ability automatically lowers the the Defense, Counterattack, and Evade dice of the opponent by 3. This laugh, combined with the illusionist techniques that Havoc uses, forces the opponent to see horrific ghosts and spirits across the field and enhances the fear that one sees in Havoc, not that he wasn't already scary to begin with. Many stronger warriors can deal with the visions although it still affects them. However, inexperienced warriors may lose their mind at the sight of the visions or even Havoc himself and the laugh alone could leave them horrified and terrified before the fight begins.

I don't really get Tormenting Laugh, and from what I do get it seems like an auto-hit capable of taking a character out of commission. But it seems to be within reason, so they are approved.
