Human Puppet: Blair Higurashii

Name: Blair Higurashii
Appearance: In order to make others believe that she is still a human, Ayane has dressed this human puppet in dark robes that only reveal her arms and a portion of her face. Blair has pitch black eyes, which are a common trait of all Ayane's human puppets. She also has silver hair that hangs a few inches below her waist. Beneath her robes, which others are unaware of due to the robes, are small orbs that contain Tsukara lines. These Tsukara lines are invisible to anyone that doesn't have psychic powers or to those that don't have mental powers that all members of the Imonoji clan have. These "lines" are present in all human puppets but very rarely does a puppet connect its string to Ayane. Usually, Ayane connects one to the puppet. This puppet also has detachable arms and hands, which is something that nearly every other puppet has.

While on the field, all techniques that the opponent uses cost an additional 100 Tsukara to activate. Also, as long as this puppet remains on the field, Ayane gains 200 HP every turn. This puppet also decreases the dice roll of all the opponent's techniques by 2.

History: As an evil witch who was threatening the nearby lands of Ayane's homeland, Blair was a sorceror who used her magical skills to hurt others and often times corrupt them. Ayane, soon after fleeing from rogue ninja that attempted to destroy her clan and gain the secrets of the scroll of manipulation, came upon this land where the witch was. She made the attempt to save the people of this land by defeating the sorceror but the people had secretly fled before Ayane had killed the witch. Ayane then thought that it might be best to defeat others that were threatening the world and make them into her puppets to use as tools for good. This way, the people could have some way of atonement. Using her knowledge of tsukara and the mind, she killed the sorceror, but kept her brain alive, substituting her heart and organs for gears made of plastic, metal, and rubber. Using her mind techniques, Ayane was able to control the puppet indirectly while fighting using her other techniques. She then vowed to turn evil into good by preserving their brains and forcing them to fight under her will using her mind control techniques. To this day, she has managed to successfully form 2 puppets.

Everything is great, but effects seem like a little too much. You are constantly gaining either Tsukara or Health, while also dropping dice rolls and bringing up Tsukara costs. Which by themselves is fine, but all of them together without a precursor seems somewhat like overkill, especially since that can't do anything about it.
