Name: Jigoku no Yari

Appearance: Jigoku no Yari looks like a normal spear but has three points at
the tip of the spear instead of one like a trident. The base of the spear is
made out of reinforced steel found in hell preventing it from getting cut in
half by other weapons. The spear can be split into several pieces only by the
user for dual wielding or the top of the spear can be taken off and used as a
close combat knife.

Abilities:


Kanraku Kage is an ability that allows jigoku no yari to
sink into shadows but the wielder can’t. To retrieve the weapon Mukuro has to
activate the first path, realm of hell and then create an illusion of the
weapon in a shadow but then turns the illusion into reality by adding energy to
it causing jigoku no yari to reappear again. If Mukuro puts enough energy into
jigoku no yari and throws it into a shadow, he can make it reappear again with
the same velocity as when it was thrown so it can act as a hidden projectile
weapon.



Nigentou is an ability of jigoku no yari that can only be used only when Mukuro
activates the fourth path, the realm of asura. This ability allows jigoku no
yari to create another spear completely made out of energy but the energy that
is used to create the spear must always be linked by the original. By using
this technique Mukuro can dual wield jigoku no yari without splitting it into
smaller pieces





Yari Bunshin is jigoku no yari’s ability to split into
several other pieces which is used to wield more than one weapon but at a shorter
range each time the spear is split. Each time jigoku no yari splits another
spear head comes out of the top looking just like the original spear head. To
put the pieces back together Mukuro puts the pieces close together put then
adds energy to each piece allowing them to combine back together again.

History: The way that jigoku no yari came into Mukuro’s possession was during
the time when Mukuro was getting used to the powers in his right eye. Mukuro
was testing each of the abilities constantly and decided to try to examine each
of the paths of reincarnation that he could go through. Since the first path of
reincarnation was the realm of hell, Mukuro experienced what hell was like. It
was a horrible dark place where souls were constantly heard screaming and
suffering. Mukuro endured all of the horrible sights and sounds because he
thought in order to perfect his eye’s ability in the real world he had to see
every realm through. Mukuro spent 6 days in hell before he collapsed from
exhausting the powers in his eye. When he became conscious a dark figure
appeared before him congratulating him for enduring all of that horror as a
human who is still among the living so the dark figure gave Mukuro a special
hard material that could only be found in hell and said to him if you wish to
forge a weapon with that metal feel free to do and the figure vanished. When
the figure vanished Mukuro found himself in the same area he was before he went
into hell and he still had the metal in his hands. Using his energy and the
powers in his eye, Mukuro was able to reshape the metal into a spear that
contained the power of illusions and hell. From then on Mukuro always fought
his battle using that spear.
